For some odd reason, I hit this series up on Manga. Boy did I absolutely enjoy every single page of it. 296 Chapters worth reading. I believe you guys should all hit it up. It's a wonderful read.
actually those two endings are one,.. Haru wasn't killed but was sealed up inside stellar memory where he escaped a year later when musica and the gang visited the same place where the final battle took place.. Elie successively regained her memories for the second time.. She regained it the first time After the death of Sieg.. :D
...thats how it ended? What a kick in the balls, such a massive build up and then a cliffhanger. I swear every time there is a cliffhanger to finish off an epic series I die alittle inside.
Guys, all you fans just weren't enough. Trust me, I can say this, I read all of the manga and I am obsessed with this. The show ended because it didn't have enough support. If you want to finish off the series, just go to a library and read the manga, it's much better drawn than the show anyway.
I have the exact same thinking, I wish that they had made the anime using the same drawings as the manga, and it would have been a bit better. The drawings for the anime were so bad...
Gavin Bouslough not only the drawings, the animation, gale and haru vs king looked so shit, lance vs haru as well, excessive jokes that werent in the manga (DC singing and dancing), they messed up the storyline, haru never met elie in a casino, etc. etc. i only liked the voice actors, everything else was meh, rave master is my fav manga, i cant bare the anime
and the censorship, example: in siegharts dimension harus sister transforms into water because she thought haru was thirsty, in the anime she cuts into her veins and wants haru to drink her blood
and licensing issues, also it was released at a time where toonami was at its highest viewership for kids. It was competing with the likes of zoids and others that has merchandise. Rule of Thumb for US cartoons is air shows that have great merchandise sales, which is why zoids, beyblade, crushgear, and even Gundam Seed were all considered classics and Rave was forgotten
Really glad I read the manga all the way through. This anime was made ahead of its time. The censorship and editing botched Hiro Mashima’s original masterpiece.
hello, I think it's the right time to continue rave master, the anime version. Very interesting the manga but hopefully you can meet conclude in anime. In my view it is more interesting rave fairy in various aspects, comparing them both, but the two are very good.
I really wish this got more seasons. I would have loved seeing the fight between Haru and Lucia at the end animated. Seighart was voiced by the always great Crispin Freeman. I don't think I've seen a single role I didn't like. Most of his roles I loved, including Seighart, Itachi Uchiha, and Won Rei of Zatch Bell. Manga was great! I'm going to have to read it again one day. I just hope I can find it.
@ZEBRASONMYGRASS1 the guy who wrote rave master also writes fairy tail. hes used quite a lot of ideas from this manga into fairy tail. mystogan/jellal and sieghart as you have mentioned are one of them.

@twoforthewin I think this ended because the creator decided not to renew his contract with tokyopop who produced the episodes. Once it expired, they wernt allowed to make anymore episodes.
End of a truely epic show, no wonder why these arent made anymore, either they dont appeal to fans or they get cancelled for varying reasons, similar thing with shaman king, the manga creator wouldnt create anymore so they stopped the tv show.

I don't think this was supposed to be the ending. This was just the last epidosde made before the series halted production. I think if they knew it was ending they would have had a re-write.

My god! How many great anime shows are they going to drop short like this. They already dropped both Bleach and Ikki Tousen, and those shows could have gone much further. What a disappointment.
Season 2 will never happen. It has been deemed manga itself is actually to mature for younger audiences to view. To be able to make a season 2, severe alterations will be made to the stories plot
i look it up on wikipedia an it told me in the plot the rest of the story so they have it finished in the Manga i dont think they will make more after all it was made in 2001 an the usa it aired in 2004-2009 if they do remake the other episode it will take years an years to be done after all japan will have it first an dub it take years to do :(

They didn't finish the anime show because it didn't get a lot of views, but magna version was finished. The ending is awesome!

Rave Master anime is the same as Fairy Tail, they continue the manga chapters but not the anime. Which is kinda sad..
