I am a learner of James Joyce's "Dubliners" and "Ulysses". This video is very useful for me.

In "Ulysses" Episode 3, Stephen thought: “Who ever anywhere will read these written words?”(U3. 414) I also thought who ever anywhere would read these written words (my comments)?
But, somebody seems to have read.

Correct me if I am wrong but I think Ulysses is sorted into 18 episodes and not "Chapters" like you mentioned. Also, the episodes in Ulysses do correspond to the episodes in Odyssey, true, but there's no saying that the Odyssey consists of 18 episodes. It is divided into 24 books or sections.
Anywho, I love all your videos on Literature and I hope you will keep uploading more 💞

Hi! Thank you so much for your interest in my videos! Nowadays anthologies tend to divide Ulysses into 18 proper Chapters, while the Odyssey isn't obviously divided into Chapters or similar (but in books, as you perfectly said). The content is nevertheless divided into 18 main plot events, which can be considered episodes.
Thank you again! Hugs from Italy 😊

Ciao grazie mille!
