I realised pretty quickly, but never bothered to use the ability. Just stealth killed them like everyone else lol
The tutorial literally tells you that…
The ai is so bad there is no point in playing the game other than guns a blazing. You can legit go in a corridor and just gun down all of the enemies in a level. The health and ammo dispensers are basically unlimited too. The game is so bad the load out system is over complicated for not reason. There is no weapon attachments either and barley any weapons either. And not too mention the writing is so bad and cringe I forgot I was playing a game for adults and rather though I was listening to a show on the family channel. Do not buy this game unless it’s on sale it’s not worth more than 20 bucks
The game completely changes once you get infusion. You start planning out your loops and planning out your attack plans and everything. It really is kind of cool how the game play Loop is just picking a mission or Target and then going after it
Little tip for online play: having a shotgun with mind leech is vital, i got the slowing 50/50 shotgun, it slows invaders to a crawl, while draining them of any combat abilities they might have active.
If you are truely paranoid, the aether slab with ghost is pure cheese in PvP too, it allows you to stay invisible forever when standing still, it allows you to basically dissapear into thin air, as its real hard to spot, and your enemy might confuse it for the shift slab (This goes for when you're the one doing the invading aswell!)
The PT-6 Spiker (nail Gun) has a purple variant you can find off random eternalists (a little later in the game) that has explosive nails. It’s super strong. You essentially can one shot anyone with it and it also destroys turrets.
Clarification: you can one shot people without charging it. With a speed reloaded trinket and bigger mag one you can just spam the nail gun at a group of people and blow em up
It's also available at the very start of the game in the library. Just sneak in there and grab it using the hacking device. If you go in there at the very start of the game the first time you encounter the library , BEFORE you visit your APT.
If you sneak in right away there are only a few enemies inside. If you wait too long there are way too many enemies inside to go in silent. They'll stay outside in front of the library , giving you time to steal it.
Of course you lose it when the 1st day expires. But if you want it early it's there in the very first time you encounter the library.
Iirc the explosive bullets is just one of many different variants you can get off them.
Fun fact. You can walk through lasers, and trip mines with the invis perk. 👌🏼 makes life a lot easier if you love to hack.

It was such adrenaline at the beggining with no slabs. But oh boy once you get shift its just gamechanger. I also love how colt can change from stealthy to overpowered doomlike guy. Its awesome
Picked up last night on the surprise sale and wow I am really enjoying it. Feels like there is so much potential to do different things and just explore and in some ways embrace failure and loop to do better or learn something new next time... :)
yeaahhhhh, i love dishonored 1 and 2, more 1 for somre reassons but still both a excelent games, this game improves in the rogue-like way, just need some dishonored features to be a real master piece to me... i mean, is a really great game and deserve lots of hours, but i miss some points in it anyway
Underrated video. I already figured out most of this, but the little details like “don’t forget to slot your upgrades” are easy to overlook for many folks.
How do you slot upgrades?
The constancy automatic, along with other visionary and golden weapons, can be collected multiple times with a variety of buffs.. YOURS deals xtra damage with last rounds, but there are versions with every buff in the game.. the buff is always random except for Egor and few others.
ALSO (lol) there is also a silenced version of the Tribunal pistol as well.. decidedly better than the Limp-10 version
tribunal silenced, maybe i got it once and not saved due to limp-10 alread in use, but will be cool had that one saved as well... did you know if has some place i can guarantee this one?
The silenced Limp-10 has a higher rate of fire and just a tiny bit less damage so you can kill groups of people quickly and quietly with the same amount of shots. Add a range and power buff to it and it's basically the most useful gun in the game
@@DetectivePlays0 Exactly, you can snipe across most maps almost anyone with silenced Limp-10 with correct trinkets.
But another great guns are: explosive rapier (one Ethernalist at the Party has it - it can kill multiple Ethernalists with single shot and you don't need actually to hit directly someone in PvP to damage him, great for moving target. Last best wepon is 5050 from Charlie (Slow) with Gold Ming Leech.

I love this game. I can see why others don't. If you're looking for fun action at a quick pace, look elsewhere.
This is a slow paced, thinking man's game in a unique world.
I love how everything about it is slightly weird and confusing. You won't jump right into the mechanics. A positive not a negative ( fresh. )

Only hate the people when invading Their game leaving the game…. Rest of the game is so awesome.
I wouldn't call it "slow" it's so hand holding that you can run and gun.
Slow paced? this game is at it's funnest when I'm sprinting full speed through the map silently killing everyone with perfect style.
I was on the fence because of some negative player reviews and decided to get it and wow I’m impressed. What a unique game. Totally different than anything Iv ever played and I love it.

At 4:34 you didn't include the Silenced Tribunal which is, objectively, much better than the LIMP 10. Stronger and better range but not automatic. There's no static location but multiple random eternalist drop locations. The best (most reliable) location imo would be Karl's Bay Afternoon, in the Dry Dock right behind Fathoms of Lament building. There's 3 eternalists together, having a fight club or something, and one drops duel weapons when killed. Quite often duel Silenced Tribunals. Hope this helps some people.
Edit: Also, the Scouts radios can be hacked to prevent them from alerting everyone. There's also a Personal Trinket that allows to Detonate Hacked objects... Including those radios wink wink
Man I picked one of these up on a loop about midway through game (Fristad Rock) and an online Julianna person came in and absolutely sauced me and I haven't been able to find one since. Thanks for sharing this location, I'm going to go check there

Controller tip: on controller auto aim is crazy. Spamming the left trigger while fighting isn’t a bad idea. You can also abuse this when you’re invading as julianna.

I switched the hacking from holding the button down to just tapping it once, makes sense the machine would work like that, so it’s super helpful.

Silenced Tribunal is better than silenced LIMP, in my opinion.
I got this game for free on epic games and I loved it, binged it over a week exploring everything and it reminded me so much of the dishonored series which I love and have hundreds of hours. I looked up only minimal tutorials for the side missions but this was one of the best games i’ve played in a while
Deathloop is no joke. It’s been a while since I’ve played a game that’s this different and requires actual planning. It’s overwhelming at first but these tips help.
Easiest way to reach charlie is jumping over the building to the left of the entrance to the game, the window rails will shut but just go round to back until you're just below the balcony just outside charlies hut and just double shift onto the balcony and you're there, he'll still be in the room with all the eternalista but its much better than having to go through them all. Open the door and drop a turret and it will take a bunch of them out and sometimes charlie, especially with the trinket that turns turrets into killing machines. Invisibility and turret dropping is my favourite way to play
FYI you can sell the double jump trinket once per loop
Unfortunately, I don’t have a ps5, but I do have a series x. Gonna try to buy one soon and be able to experience games right next to everyone. Deathloop looks like a game I would play for a few months since dishonored is my favorite series. Thank you for these types of videos, they always help out, no matter if I don’t have the game since they show off the game to me in an in depth explanation!
The game will definitely be on gamepass at some point. Arkane is owned by Microsoft now so it’s only a matter of time, just need to wait for the exclusivity period to end

A tip for Julianna keep a bunch of turrets active and if she hunts you run by the turrets and they'll light her up.
actually got her one when she tried to sneak up on me xp she went active then I saw her predator sheen we did a dance as we tried to kill her then her invisibility wore out and the turret helped me finish her, now at the time i was going after Egor so free upgrade for me upon getting them both and ending the run safely

Fun fact. Some weapon perks randomize each day. (Including franks weapon) so be shure to kill them multible times to get them all
Aether with upgrades ( can kill and stay invis + no drain if stay still) is super strong. You can go invis, kill like 10 enemies who all see each other and just chill. I was a nexus fan until I decided to try aether with upgrades. It’s hard to die with it upgraded
I use nexus and havoc. Then I use a silenced pistol for stealth, a shotgun, and a explosive Rapier. I use use an extra health upgrade, the upgrade that makes it so melee give you health, higher movement speed, and damage reduction from nearby enemies. This allows me to charge in with my machete and havoc, and just go wild on people, while being able to use nexus and the silenced pistol I have for stealth killing.
When going for the LIMP 10 you dont need to hack the too turret from outside, you can just "blink" in from above. If you havent triggers the blue lasers surrounding the room the turrets wont respond when you enter. Saves some time ;)

There is a silenced purple tier tribunal which is really strong but a random drop from a high loop stress so keep eyes peeled, same raw damage as nail gun but much faster fire rate
U know Colts gotta be pretty strong to rip someone’s neck around the way he does with only one hand, this shit immediately caught my surprise
General tip: get the suppressed limp immediately. It’s one of the only suppressed weapons in the game and can be used throughout the whole game.
You couldn't be more correct. Amazing gun! And if you fuck up your headshot, you can just quickly unload and save yourself the pain of messing up how far you have snuck into enemy territory.
I have every gold weapon but the suppressed limp10 is always my go to for this game.

Thank god someone mentioned the first point! So important. I was weirded out as well and guess what i did.. i spent too much time on the first day.. I had my seemingly perfect loadout and even the teleport but when i lost it all i was SO PISSED OFF. I almost quit. After watching some yt vids i think it deserves another chance but damn i almost was tempted to go next.
There’s only one thing I wish I knew. The heritage guns unlock method is my most hated form to unlock any gun ever.

Getting to Charlie's body after sniping him is easy when you have double shift, you can just shift right to the top floor and sneak past the few enemies up there then escape out the window.

I found that when behind cover and leaning so you can see turret or camera. You can hack it and it won't see you. Though I didn't know you could move / look away while hacking :3 chhees!
For hacking you can also lean out from cover and the turrets/monitors won't target you while you hack them.
I actually had a pretty rad first day, and first day, and fir- jokes aside my first run through went well and got the pt-6 spiker, & Strelak Verso on first run and thus knew where to find them later though did get to keep the spiker on the beach before the armory collection starting
The Eternalists never look up either if you don’t give them a reason to. Once I learned this and changed my approach it became much easier to stealth.

Having fun with the single player but the multiplayer is completely broken for me. Anytime I play as Julianna my rock solid 60 fps drops to 16 FPS randomly and makes playing impossible. Very frustrating.

Yeah i deleted this game, lol. I played through taking down Fia and most random stuff with keep me from getting away in time. Hearing a beep once only to explode from a mine, getting hung up on the environment and not being able to run, fresh batch of enemies after clearing the field, not landing jumps and clammering to ledges, etc, etc, etc. I'll probably start it again, but man there were way too many 'YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME!!' moments on that section for me, 😆
Just picked this up on sale I’ve been wanting to get this for awhile.
Great video keep it up!!! On a side note there’s more than two silenced weapons. The silenced pistol may be the most op game in the game.
Another tip I found extra useful: USE TURRETS TO YOUR ADVANTAGE. Either set up a turret as backup for yourself, or what I do more often is hold a turret, throw it into a room or around a corner that I’m worried about, then use the hack tool to activate it. It’ll alert u if there’s anyone in the room, and hopefully kill them. That’s especially useful early on when u don’t rly have (many) slabs. Also useful in large rooms with hella enemies in them. Throw a turret or 2 in (carry one with you from a nearby location), activate it from afar, profit.
YES. I’ve used turrets to kill multiple Dr Wenjies at once and Charlie already. Toss it in a hallway where the enemies can’t hide and boom. Instant kills.

I picked up on sale and am really loving it so far. I was a little hesitant because my graphics cards a little old but the game still looks great. Also I'm loving the dialogue between characters and world building. All the characters are great except Aleksei.

While the game is well executed and immersive, I am struggling with an overload of information and find it rather complicated. I want to love this game but am not yet sold. Is it just me?

The only downside to the opening of this game is the pop up-tutorials...one after another after another.
Arsenal pistol has also a silenced variant, it’s one of the best weapons in the game with the right perks.
It might be a dlc gun though

@@LegacyGamingUS I don't remember, sorry, it's a rare drop, I only got one in a lot of hours. I opened a hidden safe in the eastern cliff off Updaam that needs a crank wheel, but not sure it was here
Wonder if you have to use delivery booth to push a crank wheel and then open up the safe for the pistol

I promise you i tried my hardest but I’m definitely shipping this game back to GameFly tomorrow 😩 i hilled Harriet 3 times but died each time while trying to get to the exit smh. I didn’t realize her gun gasses actually killed me until i watched this video 😂 it’s too much going on in one game and those enemies have the best aim in the world. Still this was a great video bro

@@LegacyGamingUS i was loving it up until that mission and i lost everything . i had equipped the teleport thingy from the lady in the laboratory.( where i had to kill like 8 versions of her) But it disappeared the next morning. Im not sure if i was saving anything the correct way lol. Who would you say is the easiest visionary to kill? Harriet literally took me through several death loops 🤣
@@greekfreak384 I got lucky early and got immunity to the gas Harriet was the easiest for me.
i love hacking and stealthing out... the game is solid to my gameplay style, that is easy pick each enemy available to be killed... but trouble is about glass noise and attention, the enemies not notices that much glass noises at all... i mean, i put a trap to be made in a spot and no enemie comes over my glass throw, that get me into a odd position some times, soo i stop trying this kind of strategy at all LOL
