The wired version can be an issue for people with kids or pets as well as people like me who use a wireless headset that takes up 1 usb port, an external hdd that takes up another and I always have a USB - C plugged in to charge my Headsets/Controllers/Anything that rinds USB-C through my console.
I don't care for the rear paddles, I hated the old ones they had stuck in the middle of the back... Then they made these but they're too thin for me and the placement sucks, I wished they made bigger buttons and placed them differently. I got a Gamesir G7 SE, less paddles but feels better in my hand and half the price 👍
It only works for PC, Xbox can only accept 250hz poll rate I believe. It’s simply put, the latency of your controller. Just as a monitor, the higher the hz, the more responsive it feels
@@ashaunythompson6012 if you mean for pc, there is a tournament mode you have to activate and I believe it has to be plugged into your PC to do the 1000hz.
I’m on the fence about this controller. It looks good but there’s one thing I can’t seem to get confirmation on. Is the audio jack good with wired and wireless headsets? I tried other Hall Effect Pro controllers but that part was poor and terrible on them.
It doesn’t matter which version you buy if you’re interested in the 1000hz polling rate and 1ms response time. That’s wired and on PC only for both versions. Besides, everyone knows if you’re playing wireless, you’re throwing….
I got this for esports gears of war gameplay and it does exactly what I need it to.
Haha me to best gears of war controller ever
@@brianhenderson5530 yea, it's probably the best for gears that is xbox approved. Best controller for sure.
@@K_ZloX the fact that paddles are so clicky and responsive is insane
@brianhenderson5530 yea, it takes some getting used to for the clickyness but after u get used to it it's much faster than the A button.

What does the 1000hz pull rate mean? And does feature work for the console or pc? Great quick review btw 🌀

Does tournament mode work on xbox or just pc?
@@kisoshi898 just PC , and when player wired !! Unfortunately
@Gavlaaar88 😔 no fair lol. Thanks for the information. I guess Apex 4 is the only choice for Xbox gamers that want 1k. Have a great weekend.
@@kisoshi898gamesir g7 he/se can do 1000hz on xbox you have to update it on a pc but it transfer over to thr xbox
Can u F'n overclock to at least 500hz on xbox?
No, you can't overclock any controller on xbox as it can't accept a polling rate above 250hz
People are saying that you cant use extra thumbsticks but I just pulled the thumbsticks off and used the higher stick on the right. I'm confused
Hey ! There is two versions of the V3 . This is the tournament edition
@ Oh okay no wonder, thanks you. I didn’t realize
Yes, wire is the PROBLEM! Go "pluck" yourself.
