కేంద్ర బడ్జెట్ కు ముందే తెలంగాణ సీఎం రేవంత్ రెడ్డి బీజేపి మంత్రులతో సంప్రదింపులు జరపడం, రాష్ట్రానికి రావాల్సిని నిధుల గురించి, బడ్జెట్ లో రాష్ట్రనికి కేటాయింపుల గురించి చర్చించడం ఆహ్వానించదగ్గ పరిణామమని తెలంగాణ రాజకీయ విశ్లేషకులు భావిస్తున్నారు. గత బీఆర్ఎస్ ప్రభుత్వం ఈ రకంగా వ్వవహరించిన దాఖలాలు లేవనే చర్చ జరుగుతోంది.
