It is Good For normal learning purpose. You can do Decent Renders in multiple softwares. But Don't Expect Too much from it. You should know the correct software settings for better output and maximum performance
lowkey a L build, using intel in 2024 feels like a scam as ryzen CPU exists + using a 1080p monitor with 2K (1440p) card is bottlenecking ur GPU suggestion : get a better monitor (1440p) and probably an OLED display for the peak performance
