Keith R. Kernspecht has almost 64 years of martial arts experience. In the late 1950s, he began studying various Eastern and Western martial arts, including wrestling, jiu-jitsu and judo. Then he followed Kempo, Shaolin Kung Fu, Shotokan karate and Wado Ryu, Ko-Budo, Hapkido, Taekwondo, Aikido, Escrima. These were followed by Shotokan and Wado - Ryu Karate. The WingTsun System (written as one word and abbreviated as "WT") has been established in all European countries on behalf of the EWTO in Hong Kong and there are a current total of more than 2,000 associated schools in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Since 1982, Grand Master Keith R.Kernspecht's organization has published its own magazine 'Wing Tsun World', which appears twice a year. Since this year, the charismatic German with English ancestors is in charge of the British and Irish Wing Tsun Association belonging to Grand Master Leung Ting.
Grandmaster Keith R.Kernspecht discovered his passion for martial arts and physical development at a young age. Even in school, shouting and literature as it is still not widely known for Asian martial arts, these were among the main interests of his, in fact the last interest, to some extent encouraged by the private instruction of Asian masters. It was only after training as an interpreter that he acts as a police officer and is the main instructor of the European Wing Tsun Organization.
