Sorry for the loss of your friend. Most 4 wheel cagers don't pay no mind to any motorcycle, but on the flip side it's also our responsibility to drive accordingly. I can't tell you how many times as a truck driver my heart drops when bikes go flying my me (yes as a rider I have done the same thing 😞). Anyway, all riders need to ride according to skill and get better. I have taken numerous safety courses through the years to realize how MUCH I DIDN'T/DON'T know. God Bless brother from Massachusetts!

I do not agree with thinking that you're gonna die every time you ride your bike. Speaking things into existence can be a bad thing. Always be confident in your abilities, and never stay complacent. There's always room to improve 👍 imo
I don't think he's going for the "you're going to die every time you ride" thing. That's riding in fear. FLD doesn't ride in fear. Where he's getting at is the POTENTIAL to die is at a greater factor than a cage every time you ride. If you ride in fear you shouldn't be riding at all
@@SacramaniacCc totally understand I actually worked a second part time job just to get a few days in a year. I was not saying to make it your life. Dude if you want to ride on the freeway do it. As a rider myself, I'm incredibly vigilant when driving my car. If i see a bike coming up behind me, regardless of how far back they are, i stay in my lane until they pass me or at least catch up. I always signal and give plenty of time for everyone to see it and act accordingly. However, if someone who doesn't ride looks in their mirrors and sees a bike, they aren't expecting them to be up on them in a split second. That's not the fault of the driver.

That's what scares me most about motorcycles. I bought one like 8-9 months ago and it worries me every day that I might not make it home. On the little bit I have rode it, I have had one guy pull out in front of me but I have been safe so far. It's a great feeling though to get out there and just ride.
That’s why you always ride with some type of awareness, going 65+ through the city is not going to end well, we all have loved ones to make it home to at the end of our fun.

I know the feeling. I almost lost my life on April of last year. Instead I lost my bike and suffered injuries four broken ribs, broken clavicle, and a whole lotta of road rash. Couple of things. First of all my condolences about your friend. One thing that all motorcyclists need to be aware of is the left turning car is your worst enemy. Those are your most likely sources of disaster. When you're going through an intersection use this trick: turn and ride your bike exactly towards the car that is making the left in the intersection back and forth so that your headlight flashes in his eyes. In other words aim for that car a little bit and then turn back to the right and go straight through the intersection. Use that headlight as a flash in his eyes. One other point I'd like to make is where are your mirrors? I just checked and mirrors are mandatory in Florida which is apparently where you are? How do you get away with not getting pulled over by the police for not having mirrors on your motorcycle? I did that one time in Montreal and got pulled over right away.
Sending condolences D; it’s cool the cops tell you who they are down there 😂 I’m up in the PNW so been soaking up your Southern weather (it’s supposed to get up to the 50’s here in a couple weeks😅) thanks for do’n all you do and ride safe

Instead of using all of those microfibre cloths to wipe your bike down. I have a fast car and after I have washed it I have a leaf blower and I get that and blow the water off every spot on my car. My neighbour has a bike and when he would wash it after he would spend 2 hours wiping it down and he seen me using my blower and he said how lazy are you. Then I said for him to come and have a look at my car and ever since then he has used a blower and he said he couldn’t believe how much quicker it was because he has a Suzuki boulevard and it has heaps of chrome on it now he’s done in 30 minutes max

That forged pista helmet comes with blue or red accents i believe. That forged carbon go hard af shit if u gonna spend 1200 might as well get that forged
4:17 you could not be more wrong. you can have the loudest bike in the world and they still can't hear or see you. trust me my bike has a old classic full blown track racing exhaust. you will hear my ass coming from 100miles away whether i'm doing 30 or 130. but this one day i did my 160km/H cruising on the country roads like usual and what do you think the car that was att a crossing did? yes pulled out right in front of me and not only that he did it real slow which i bet is because he finally saw me ones he had pulled out and then drove slowly out of panic. i grab as much front brake as possible banging down them gears trying to stop but feels like nothing is happening. finally a meter or two away i decide to use rear brake just out of panic and lack of options. engine breaking and back break don't work together so rear locks up and bike slides sideways. front end misses the car and just as the rear end is about to drift in to the rear of the car i release the rear break and the bike slingshots itself straight again. not a single mark on my bike but the indicator on that side was hanging. it was not deadly speeds att that point so i would have gotten hurt if i actually crashed but would have survived most likely. but my fear is to damage the bike. if i die i die but if bike dies then who the fuck am i gonna ride?
may your friend ride in heaven ,I have lost a lot of cool guys in this bike life you defiantly have to enjoy good days .That store looks absolutely amazing.

How are u going to talk about reduce your risk, yet u participate & promote roll racing? Y'all could go get a clutch hand mod & take it to the track where it's a controlled environment. We do take risks everytime we get on them, but the joy of riding tends to out weigh that risk (usually). I agree with u that people don't pay attention to motorcycles & even more reason to ride slow & cautious on the street.

Then I said for him to come and have a look at my car and ever since then he has used a blower and he said he couldn’t believe how much quicker it was because he has a Suzuki boulevard and it has heaps of chrome on it now he’s done in 30 minutes max

Sorry for your loss brother
Sorry, brother. I mounted fog lights to my front fender mounts on my cbr,I see people see them,
4:17 you could not be more wrong. you can have the loudest bike in the world and they still can't hear or see you. trust me my bike has a old classic full blown track racing exhaust. you will hear my ass coming from 100miles away whether i'm doing 30 or 130. but this one day i did my 160km/H cruising on the country roads like usual and what do you think the car that was att a crossing did? yes pulled out right in front of me and not only that he did it real slow which i bet is because he finally saw me ones he had pulled out and then drove slowly out of panic. i grab as much front brake as possible banging down them gears trying to stop but feels like nothing is happening. finally a meter or two away i decide to use rear brake just out of panic and lack of options. engine breaking and back break don't work together so rear locks up and bike slides sideways. front end misses the car and just as the rear end is about to drift in to the rear of the car i release the rear break and the bike slingshots itself straight again. not a single mark on my bike but the indicator on that side was hanging. it was not deadly speeds att that point so i would have gotten hurt if i actually crashed but would have survived most likely. but my fear is to damage the bike. if i die i die but if bike dies then who the fuck am i gonna ride?
may your friend ride in heaven ,I have lost a lot of cool guys in this bike life you defiantly have to enjoy good days .That store looks absolutely amazing.

Living in a big city I learned one thing. You ride fast in the street you will die. Or some one your riding with.
Florida looks like Morocco and they also got oranges just like in Moroccooooooooooo.
....Love your videos bro 🥰
...Ride save and may GOD protect you 🙏 (we say in Morocco)
Too many clowns on the streets. I only ride backroads because of this. I’ll take my chances with wildlife over an idiot on a cell phone any day. RIP to the fallen rider.

@FastLaneD Where did you go to get your exhaust system? Trying to find one for the 23 V4 but no luck.
You upshift with no clutch ?? I've done it before just hold the shifter up and then drop the throttle a bit. You seem to do it a lot !?!??
I seen you in the back bro creeping up 🤣😂🤣.that’s what’s up bro
Just Miami visit or are you going to be up in Daytona? Would love to ride with you.
I think lane splitting is illegal in the state of Florida
Im sorry for your loss ❤
That’s some way to leave your drive 😂😂✌️ my favourite bike
10:40 when you said you work for the police the guy eating the pizza stop eating an looked around face as hell at the guy that gave you the badge lol
How are u going to talk about reduce your risk, yet u participate & promote roll racing? Y'all could go get a clutch hand mod & take it to the track where it's a controlled environment. We do take risks everytime we get on them, but the joy of riding tends to out weigh that risk (usually). I agree with u that people don't pay attention to motorcycles & even more reason to ride slow & cautious on the street.
fix the tank so that you don't get fuel out of the tank when you drive a little fast😭
The worst part about riding motorcycles is when you have to stop.
Arrow is an Italian brand too...AND used by Moto GP teams so like you said, keep triggering❤
