I have noticed in our area that the newer fast food restaurants have a better parking lot layout then the older restaurants. For ex. we have a Wendy's that is nearer to our house, yet is the older one, so more than once we have parked in the parking lot, gone in to get our food, then had to wait before we could get back out of the parking spot because we would be blocked in by the drive-thru line. Now we choose to go to the newer Wendy's which is farther from our house because their parking lot was designed better, with the parking spaces at an angle, instead of a straight back out, and their is a lane between the parking spaces and the drive-thru lane so we don't get blocked in.
Chick-fil-A is the worst franchise to be involved with because you never own your location nor the land, and they cap how much a licensee can earn annually. Not to mention you can only have a single location, and you have to higher an unnecessary amount of staff per shift.
I'm too ghetto to work at Chick-fil-A. I used to work at McDonald's and they had to remodel the whole restaurant cause everything kept breaking down. Our ice cream actually worked tho cause the owner learned to fix it and he tried fixing our ac but it was so old. One of the guys at work passed out in the kitchen and had to go to the emergency room. So they closed it for remodel and relocated everyone.
Some places have really big parking lots. There’s one In N Out off Highway 80 heading towards Tahoe that is always packed inside and in the drive thru. The parking lot is huge and is always full.
Chick fila in Bellevue WA is the craziest the line be on the exit ramp around the corner two streets plus a five lane intersection turning lane and a three lane merging line up the other blocks plus a maze zigzag through the parking lot not letting no body cut. They be taking orders at the intersection curb, that's not including the online orders, filling up the hotel parking lot next door, line and the walkup order line all outside due to health restrictions. Lmao breakfast lunch and dinner. That block is lit
All these American fast food places like Chick Fil A, Jack in the Box, Del Taco etc makes me miss all these places! Don't take these for granted if you ever move/live outside the US. I miss the taste!
There are 2 reasons I know of, that can threaten à closure of a 7-11.. 1) too much crime/vandalism 2) not enough staff to cover the 24hrs. Apparently, that’s part of the contract to owning one; it has to be a 24hr establishment. The one by my house almost has to close bc of the owner didn’t have enough people to cover the 24 hrs. They put him on a probation period to get enough employees
Hahahha I thought Ryan was going to stop at "You know what I always wanted to do at Chik Fila ? Order a large-" Cuz that was my dream too when I came to America lol Just to get a large meal and pay for it myself and not share it with anyone
Joe made the joke, but CF isn’t homophobic. They are not turning gay customers away or pontificating to anyone, just as Christian owners they believe marriage is meant for procreation which isn’t possible in a gay marriage. I think there should be a distinction made.
When JK talks about food i get hyperfixation on that specified food until the next food episode... Still waiting on that mukbang episode.... That would be so dopeeeee 🍟🍔
The same exact thing happened in the In-n-Out in West Covina by Irwindale. They had to demolish the old business and make one that wouldn't cause safety issues with the line spilling out to the street. It's a lot better now with the drive through going around the gas station next to it and now no more lines spilling out.
Last time JK covered a Chick Fil A news, Geo was on a comedy roll with her puns with the story.
Was she really?

We recently got our first chik fil a in our city and it's always packed. It's been like half a year and people still cannot get enough of it. Crazy
Omg where do you live? So interesting
^^
I’ve never waited more than 10 mins in a chick fil a line

McDonald's 2 for 4 is a fire ass breakfast deal. Egg rolls at Jack are fire and the loaded mini tacos!
That's not chick-fil-a's fault that's the city's fault fast food places get busy all the time although small parking lots don't help

Never go because of the line at the one by me 😂
We gotta learn to cook so then we don't gotta go to drive thru. Who want to cook for me? 🤣
Grab a bunch of friends/acquaintances, have one of them cook, and the rest pay for the ingredients and pay the cook to cook for the whole group.
Why not just building new Chick Fil A’s? Chick must know how bad lines are, problem would be solved if there were just more Fil’A restaurants.

Colorado just started getting In and out and when it first opened we waited 6 hours 😭😭😭
Oh hell no, coulda flown to another state 😂
@@Fate_GO people camped out for a few days in line! It was bad!! You can look it up. The lines have calmed down but still it’s a long line
People are that desperate in Colorado? It’s supposed to be one of the most active states for fitness and sports.

Holyyy! Joe's hair is very long now. Was it since the start of the pandemic that he let his hair grow?
He has said he will grow out his hair till his gf Hannah says otherwise and that he would also like to donate it at some point, if possible.
damn now i want papaya salad and Sai Ua at Wat Thai of Los Angeles.. sigh its only open on weekends
We need the Starbucks in our town to do that the parking lot design is to small & awful for how busy it gets
chickfila does have insane traffic. that why i never go there. they need to raise their prices tbh. traffic is insane.
Same. The Chick fila in our area looks like an accident waiting to happen with the way the parking lot is set up. So we just go elsewhere.
Phuuuuq Patreon!
We just got a new one not even 500 feet from a raising cane's it's caused lots of traffic and soon enough a battle lmao
Bravo
Just build another one. So they can split the lines up a bit. Why destroy one that's already there
In N Out by UCI always has a fat line. But you can walk in and out with your order in like 5 minutes tops most of the time.

They donate to anti LGBT organizations, but you're right, they don't advertise that that's what they do.
All the restaurants y'all are naming we do not have in north Carolina. Lol. I want to know what city though.

Travelled from Aus to visit fam in Dallas. Had chic fil a. Delicious and free high c refills. Plus the Polynesian sauce omg
Why not just make another one lol

Don’t people in Japan wait one to two hours standing outside restaurants?
If it's super popular/hyped up yeah we do
Chick fil a is MID.
A lot of joes info on hawaii is wrong
It takes me 20 minutes usually
I've given chick-fil-a multiple chances and think it sucks. I'll hit Popeyes if I want chicken.
Boo!!
