i remember this one time armada was playing friendlies at the setup i was at, and he was talking about how his hands were too slow to play fox(melee). i think he was talking about how much important practicing is. but it came to my mind when they were talking about armada's inkling being slower.
It's kinda surprising to see how slow inkling dittos are like inkling is floaty and has limited approach tools so it makes sense but usually the non-inkling is speeding up the pacing a bit more and the inkling punish game is harder
He acts like he was the most dominant player in smash history for the history of an entire game and could probably do it again in this game, the nerve of him (sarcasm)
Honestly, armada is the better inkling but cosmos is the better ultimate player. So much of what cosmos did was in consequential in terms of punish game. It was sad to watch him up throw up air into splat bomb a dozen times instead of genuinely punishing off the hit the way inkling truly can. He legit gets most of his percent from edge trapping, jabbing and nickle and diming with back air. Its lazy and honestly really sad to see armada lose to it. I honestly think that armada beat himself more than cosmos beat him.
Cosmos gets better results in tournaments and wins every Inkling ditto. Armada isn't the better Inkling. You just don't like the way Cosmos chooses to play, even though it responds to the meta better.
