It is not about amount of terrorist attacks happening in the country, its about pollical will of the rulers which take a nation forward. In Pak I have noticed none of the rulers took development seriously, all they wanted is free money (mostly loans) to line up their pockets

On lending monies vs securing value for money- the idea in Islam, as I understand, is to encourage spending either lending or investing. lending is less risky, so you get what you lend but rely on Allah's favour, however if you invest than expose to risk highly and again rely on Allah for return but benefit on profit but also accepted if loss happens, its again will of Allah. It's simple but may not be as profitable as only securing upside.
You are right, you can lend someone a gold bar and ask it back when they want to return, so you take risk on currency (fiat) not the borrower. However, you may keep what favour you ask from Allah.

Which is a bit baffling. He is an amazing storyteller. He has overcome a lot of challenges considering he comes from a humble background and has learnt so much on his own to produce quality content. If you cannot take or digest the comments made by Indians in your channel, then why do you speak about India in your podcast? If you do it, then you have to be ready to face the comments from Indians. You need views from Indians but do not want any negative comments from them!!! How can that work???

Podcast standards are declining since you moved to Dubai. Mainly because of the falling calibers of guests. Not very interesting guest personalities recently. Keep your standards high. You are my favourite.

That's because the guests sometimes don't necessarily have the time to do a podcast. I remember there was one guest who Muzzamil was trying to get on his podcast for the past 2 years because of different schedules
