Thanks Dr for info. EMR is Money for private hospitals. The citizens must have an App where they can scan their hardcopy of medical records n upload digitally n store with user id n password. It must b 100% controlled by people n citizens n not lobbied / owned by private hospitals

Also, in depth knowledge and awareness of HER, its adoption in India, overcoming policy gaps, infrastructure barriers, financial barriers, and other obstacles would be required to address the gaps.
