Sounds like you are trying to mix two things together. They should add achievements (get x victories with a certain hero, clear a stage x times). If they want to add a "mythic" mode to every stage, I'm fine with that as long as we don't have to pay gold to do it.
There is a new mode that I would like to see in the future, I would like you to propose to the developers, a mode inspired by the "Hearthstone" arena. To participate you have to spend some gold, and then you have the option to choose a leader from 3 options with your chosen talent, then 3 random minis will appear to choose from, and thus begin to complete your formation, and you play until you complete 3 defeats , and the higher you go the greater your reward will be, the level would be balanced
I hope Blizzard hears you, I think is an amazing idea!!, thanks Bulava!! we don't need big rewards, it's enough with some gold or XP, or refresh the daily missions for example.
The achievements are always a good idea, in my opinion. The devs for sure have this idea in mind, but probably will do it later, usually Blizzard listen fans when the game is already dead and gone :)
I have 150 sig and a drak Tina averages out to level 28 that's usually two levels on every unit higher than I've seen other people do with and I still can't beat onyxia. I struggle when she triggers phase two no matter what I do. I can't get back the top towers, I then lose the middle tower because all the sudden I'm getting hit with like five gargoyles which doctor in pyromancer stopped killing whelps and they die to them all while the earth elemental because you know the pyromancer which doctor and Drake or no longer alive make it to the core which pulls my attention which then opens up the middle tower from being defended all while I'm being gold starved. They need to make her easier I'm sorry she just way too hard. I know people have beaten her even back in the day but she is way too hard if everything doesn't go perfect. You take too long to kill one thing and you lose the middle tower there's no recovering from that because you can't afford to waste time You need to pop phase two handle it then get back up there and get phase 3 popped. Not be struggling even in overtime to trigger phase three. Now I like achievements but I'm not paying for them. I want rewards for doing them because that's what makes achievements fun. World of Warcraft you get rewards for doing achievements, games that achievements are just points that do nothing are not fun to do. Also I need more gold, and more energy I need things for PVE since I don't do PVP that gives me more XP like I want 600 XP for every battle I win like you get in PVP and not have to rely on a rare epic quest, I want to earn more gold outside of surges, And I don't want to be limited to once a week dungeons for 3 leaders for energy. What I want to see is surges everyday and they reset I want to earn gold everyday, I want to be able to earn energy everyday, I want to be able to actually upgrade my units I want to be able to get more XP. I don't like PvP as a PvE player I want something to do everyday other than just do my daily that we said at midnight. And maybe a bullying here or DMF. I want to have a reason to get on to the game for more than just my dailies that reset
You got me at "achievement". There's nothing better than achievement/progression rewards/challenges to keep a game going. 500 wins with each leaders 500 wins with mountaineers. 😏
pay gold for trying to play an achievement??? are you insane? No thanks. f this. Kill Ragnaros without any spells? why? I don't think there would be enough players willing to do this achievements. Yes it may give players something to do, but if they lose gold for each achievement attempt is not worth it. Not even free I don't think players would bother to do these unless the rewards would be decent at least and help with the account progression, not just portraits or other useless cosmetics.
That is the idea. To show if you are good or not. Not to please everybody. That's why it gives no rewards so nobody needs to pay for this if they have better things to do
@@BulavaWarcraftRumble I understood that, but to pay gold for attempting it doesn't seem worth it. If free, players would be incentivized to do stuff based on rewards (carrot on the stick). No rewards that would help with account progression -> no interest.

Yeah, but then let's not grant Onyxia achievement to ones who epxloited with eggs while mob cap was present. That will signiificantly lower the achievement amount.
Achievements - yes. Paying gold to try - no.
Why not? This is a gold sink to seduce the devs. This activty doesn't give you anything. You don't have to do it at all.

Agreed! Yes! There also needs to be more for PvP then just more RNG mechanics. Like custom matches, and 2v2 PvP matches and stuff like that.

Blizzard should have world bosses from vanilla WoW. Level 28ish solo PVE bosses like Onyxia, resets weekly and gives gold/ tomes.

We need Mytic zone also. All level = level 30 and some extra mobs. I ll be happy grinding this for an achievement or a portait.

Honestly should instantly green light it since the game is still pretty much stale once done with pve. It's a good reason to go back and do old lvls

I dont think that game is doing well, it is losing more and more players. A lot of empty guilds...
