Hi! I want to do this trifecta just like you have outlined. However, I run 3 small businesses. All together I make over a $100k. Can these work under one S-Corp?

If you have a business and run different side hustles through the s corp can you have your tenants pay the s corp when they pay their rent or does it matter since there is no self employment tax on that income?
Love the trifecta, Mark! I'm a music producer but I'm a tax nerd on the side as a small business owner. I've drawn up countless "trifectas" to help friends better understand their tax / legal structure, and it always helps things click. Thanks for this resource!
Every time I watch one of your videos the more I see I need help! I really would like to ask you guys a question personally. I have an extremely different type of business.
Hey James! We're here to help!! If you want, call my scheduling assistant, Emily, at (888) 801-0010 ext. 2065, and she can get you set up in a consultation with one of my attorneys!
Thanks for the great content. For 150k to 200k per annam what is best tax advantage under W2 OR LLC s corp. This question is for my friend and he is been on W2 and now he wants switch to LLC S corp after watching many of your videops
Hey Mark, great content as usual. One question: Doesn't the LLC lose its Asset Protection characteristics if put inside a Living Trust? In the event I am sued personally, can't a judge compel the trustee of a RLT to change the beneficiary to the creditor? Thank you!
Hey Josue! Great question, thank you for asking! You are the trustee of your RLT until you pass. EVERYBODY needs a trust, believe me, I wouldn't steer you in the wrong direction. Call my scheduling assistant Emily at (888) 801-0010 ext. 2065 and she can get you with one of my attorneys to get yours set up!
@@MarkJKohler To further clarify: If someone is a trustee of their own REVOCABLE living trust...doesn't that mean that a judge can force YOU (as the trustee) to change (ie revoke) the trust? In other words - if you lose the case, can a judge force you name a creditor as a beneficiary of the trust?
Mark, thanks for this very informative video. If I have multiple small businesses on the left side of the Trifecta, do you suggest a Series LLC or individual LLCs for the small businesses for the S-Corp?
Hey! No problem, glad it was helpful! Honestly, it depends. Every situation is different, so without sufficient background information, I wouldn't be able to give you the best advice. I would suggest that you call Emily at (888) 801-0010 ext. 2065, so that she can get you scheduled with one of my attorneys!
