Thank you! I always look for people who prioritize the letter. Pen paling is not about the stationary, stickers, or such that you give or receive. It is about the letter as well as the joyful experience of a penpal! Pen paling in the past was just a basic white letter with maybe a sticker or two, but then people started giving out stationary and all this stuff. Eventually people only wanted to be penpals for the goods and not anything else. Putting little time or effort into the letter. Nowadays people say “..You don’t need much to penpal!” As that much is true, people won’t accept you since they are looking for “aesthetics” and such. So thank you! I am extremely happy I found someone who puts mass amount of time into a letter instead of the look!

It definitely seems a little intimidating to watch some one make a pen pal letter and see all the stickers and fancy papers and stamps and aesthetics when you don’t know/have the right things to make it yourself. Letter writing should be just that, letter writing (well with maybe a lil bit of aesthetic thrown in there too 😂). I think that it’s more about getting to know some one better rather than just throwing bunch of aesthetic goodies at them (although that’s fun too sometimes) 😂😂 thank you so much for the comment and subscribing 😭😭🥺🤩😲
every time i find a new penpal, i always make sure that they know i don’t expect anything from them. fortunately for me, my very first penpal had just started out as well so we didn’t have very big stationery collections which made it easy to focus on the letter
I’m so happy! I’m so glad to finally found another youtuber who prioritize the letter and not the goodies. The letter is the most important part of the whole thing and I’m so tired of people just showing how important it’s to send goodies and extras.

I love how simple and easy it is. Not many fancy design just a letter and extras. Still looking good. Thank you for the inspiration. Some broke writers like me needs to see this. You don't need much extras on your letters. The letter is all u need. Don't be frustrated because you can't give much.
P.S. The more you add extras the more weight it gets...you'll pay more on the post office🤣. Happy writting...

I write letters to my future self, weird but iam an introvert so i have a hard time making friends
Hey that’s actually really cool! I think that would be so fascinating to look back on and see what your past self thought of your current self and just see how different you were and how far you’ve come! And yeah ppl are kind of hard (I’m kind of introverted too) but just finding even one person that you have common interests with is so worth it. That’s how I’ve become really good friends with my current best friend. We have so many shared interests that we never run out of things to talk about 😂 anyway....

You could always send a letter to one of your friends and just see what happens! Oooh I’ve dyed paper with tea but I’ve never tried coffee before 😁

Wellllll... I don’t really know exactly 😂 my pen pal is my best friend that I already knew and we just do letters for funsies
Well if you don't wanna do it with close friends I'd consider getting a P.O box first so you're not giving out your exact home address. There's some apps and websites specifically for finding penpals, and I think schools can also help set you up, since my first penpal was through a school program
