Caught 29kg GT, 30kg Yellowfin Tuna and 18kg Wahoo on a 10000 TP with no issues! Flawless! Have a 6000, 10000 and now a 14000 in action and no complains so far! Light, monster drag and smooth! Does the job at an affordable price i.m.h.o.
I use a 10000HG with 50 lb braid with 50 lb leader on a 7’ 2” MH rod. Red Snapper, Amber Jacks and black fin tuna were no problem on my last fishing trip. It was almost too easy.
I use a Ripplefisher and Carpenter on my Stellas but if you are going a cheaper reel like Twin Power, scope out the Ocea Full Throttle series. They match up well for price and performance.

Hello - what rod do you recommend ? For the 14000?
I use a Ripplefisher and Carpenter on my Stellas but if you are going a cheaper reel like Twin Power, scope out the Ocea Full Throttle series. They match up well for price and performance.
@@mudgut69 hello, fast or medium speed.
@@patrickkelly8095 do you mean the action of the rod?
@@mudgut69 yes
@@patrickkelly8095 you will find most rods capable of throwing lures that size have similar actions.
Strike GT Travely
Mantap 😊👍😎
What’s p3 and p5
PE refers to braid rating. PE3 is 0.285mm braid and PE5 is 0.37mm. So usually PE3 is lighter around 30-40lb braid and PE5 is 50-80lb rating.
Daiwa Certate for the win!!😂
Casting with the rod sideways like that will eventually bend or break a rod guide. They're not meant to take side forces like that.
