I have a positive ANA of 1:1280 with nuclear dot and positive AMA of 78 seems to be a strong positive. My Enzymes has been normal but is slowly creeping up from 109 to 133 and Alt is now at 40. I declined biopsy Bc I felt it was a invasive test to determine if I have pbc. What other diagnostic test can I do? Should I be on Urso now?
