I am from Nepal. I have studied in Dehradun for 10 years. Yes Nepal and India have their political differences. But culturally we are the same. Yes I have had negative experiences in India. But that doesnt negate from the fact that 90 percent of my experience was wonderful. So many beautiful memories. Dont let the negative overshadow the positive. I assume Many Indian tourist have also felt the same way. The worst sin of all is to Assume and judge people are bad just because you heard it on Tv or etc. Go out there be brave and you will find people are people . Just like you and me. I have always treated indians with respect. I once travelled kolkotta on a very short trip. I didn't even feel I was in another country. Was a great feeling. Some nepalis and some indians carry animosity towards each other because some politically motivated ones poison their minds. That should stop.

Indians work in Nepal and Nepalis work in India. Simple. If you have problem with this then tell your government to close the border. And after that please dont cry of a blockade. Also FYI many Nepalese come to India work as watchmen. Every building in my city has a nepali watchman. Their wives work in houses to sweep floors and wash utensils. Also, unfortunately, due to poverty, many nepali girls are sold by their male relatives to work in Indian brothels.

Instead of saying migrated,look at history Nepal was extende from uttarkhand to tista river in East i.e border with bhutan 200 yrs ago.When Nepal signed treaty with England it lost 1/3 of its land.So ppl move from one part of nation to another and at that time ppl migrated to such place where population was less.Now those places arent in Nepal,how can u blame them as intruders.
Ram Lamichhane ha ha.. ya.. i know History.. When Nepal was expanding their Kingdom. so they invaded in Sikkim, kumaon(1790), Garhwal(1803). Garhwal Prince take help from British east India Company. 1st they won war in Garhwal 1815. in 1816 according to treaty of Sagauli Nepal returned all land to their kingdoms.
