Yay!! That is what my channel is about. I love "reviewing" products which for me means...how can we most easily use them and show the actual work needed to make it work! I think that's the most honest thing a company could do...but a lot of times they don't do that. TYSM!!
Vianney you are definitely a GENIUS! I never would have thought of that! You did a great job with it but it’s still a lot of work. I wish they would’ve put a die instead of a stencil. I agree with you the holes at the end are very large and you would have to wrap the goodies inside with tissue paper so they wouldn’t fall out. Thanks for the amazing tips and taking the time to make it in real time! Have a wonderful weekend!
I tried to make it in as much real time as I could, it does take some time! Girl, you know Sara would say "a die would make the price untouchable!" "Price the box out of the market." LOL!!

I WISH I SAW THIS VIDEO YESTERDAY! 🤣 I did the cracker last night and I have to say you ARE a genius! I was pulling my hair using an exacto knife and metal ruler. 🤦♀️ Thinking there has got to be an easier way Keep up the good work. Much love for all your videos ❤
Awww, I'm so sorry! I made this video on Wednesday...I just couldn't squeeze it in with so many other videos I had going out! I wish I could have saved you some time and frustration!! TYSM!!
You are a genius for figuring out how to cut the triangles out. I thought it would be horrible to have to cut each one out with an exacto knife. It came out really cute but I don't care for the hole in it either. I guess you could wrap up something in tissue paper first and then put it in there. At any rate, glad I didn't get this box. I'm pretty sure Cricut has a Christmas cracker shape. I know you don't care for Design Space but I use it all the time so it's easy for me to just have Cricut cut it out for me. LOL! Thanks for your video. Really enjoyed it!
Very cute V! The Christmas paper matched great! I use grey alot. Its a nice change & a neutral color that goes with everything. When I make these I always close up the ends tight after I fill them. Tfs! ❤😘
@@VianneyCreates yes I just pinch the ends tight & tie a ribbon or use my little Tim Holtz stapler. So cute! Off to watch your other videos. I love that you do multiples a day. 😁
You are so welcome! My pet peeve is when companies fly over the parts that they know are the most difficult and are like...and here it is! Nope. Let's see the real stuff! LOL! TYSM!!
I love this stencil! I placed it on my scoreboard, marked score lines with stylus and ran all the way down. Then the same on the cross wise lines. Fold scores, cut v's from tails while folded, and it makes diamond shapes. Note that on stencil there is about 1/2 inch between the v's so it doesn't come apart. Then fish tail cut the out side edges. Wrap the prizes/presents for the inside in coordinating tissue paper. The cracker snaps are available on Amazon. We have made these for ears wrapping towel rolls. FUN! Thank you for doing this. It made me find a way to do it since I have hand issues. Love love love. (I didn't remember to leave the space between the v's, so will try taping ribbon over it.) I did use the paper from the kit and it is firm enough for me, I think. Love and thanks! You ROCK!
Love the fold and snip hack. I have to make at least a few of these. Okay maybe at least one. I think it will be do cute with snowflake paper and some Doctor Who stamped images I have. Maybe give to friends with taffy or chocolates inside.
Total genius!!! Humm...I wonder if it would have been easier if they had made a die to do the cutting and scoring? A bit too much work if I am making several for dinner place settings at Christmas. I think I will stick to card making and keep buying my crackers at Tuesday Morning and Home Goods! LOL!!
Of course a die would have been easier...and it would have cost them more!! That's sad to say, but I think that's the issue. The ones they have at the stores are so very pretty and actually "crack!" (:
@@VianneyCreates I am sure you are right about the cost for the Compendium. Yes. It worked great! I think on paper as thick as what is in the set, it might be even better to just score the diamond shapes and not cut them? I havent tried that yet, but already have enough scrap to use for decorations! LOL. I looked at a lot of tutes using rolls for center as I have done in the past, and when I did that I just squished the crimped part together.
