The cold, hard truth is that almost everything, if not everything, comes down to popularity in Kpop 🤷🏽♀️ Whether a group or soloist is more deserving of something doesn’t matter and it’s just something that we have to learn to accept. After all, it’s not completely illogical that Kpop is that way. It makes sense, but it hurts people’s feelings. However, feelings aren’t a factor in this at all so personal feelings don’t matter. It’s the way it is and like I said, it’s not really illogical that it is that way.

I’ll always miss Wonho as a member of Monsta X. But I can’t deny just how incredible his solo career’s been! Between “Open Mind”, “Lose”, “Ain’t About You”, and now “Blue”, he has put out one incredible song after another! I know Wenees are usually sad when it comes to wonho’s promo, but he managed to chart 3 on US iTunes albums, number 3 on worldwide iTunes album charts, blue charted #14 on billboard digital singles chart, and we managed to get blue to 5 million views in a week :) I know we are hard on ourselves, but we are doing our best as a small fandom against really tough competition. I know the album sales weren’t the best for the first week but we will definitely see a jump after the Korean holidays.
