Thank you so so much, I mean I always get speechless and my heart jumps when someone speak about what in living, the changes my body has now begun to lead me in, before it was my consciousness, now my body knows and I’m catching up, I do hear the trees and the bugs and animals and nature all around me. I also work with animals and I'm holding a space for them. They've been experiencing stress with the shift for years, especially wild animals. I noticed that the neighbor's dog is feeling sad.
Since I'm recovering from Lyme, it's hard to know which of the symptoms are caused by planetary changes and which are caused by the disease. The symptoms are similar.
Re witches wound transmission after effects..
What I am finding, aside from body symptoms and supporting my body, is fine tuning interactions in relationships. I am simply not willing to engage in dysfunctional behavior patterns or be manipulated into playing roles that are not authentic. While firm and gentle with people and providing other options of energy exchange, there is a fierce conviction it is time to let go of the past, programming etc. and finding grounded ways to actualize that in my interactions.
Before, as a sensitive empath, my empathy and patience got me putting up with certain behavior patterns from others with the notion we are all learning in our own time. Now, it's shifted to, you choose that timeline and are not ready that's ok, but I am not going to engage that in my field or give it my attention.
I do find when I follow the recommendations (get out of the head, focus on heart and body, nature, mediation breath practice, gentle with body, rest, get sunshine, keep connected to support team, guides, other light workers, etc, it lends this whole process a sense of ease. I definitely see the light grid we are creating with our energy that is so powerful and such a help to humanity and earth!
This month I decided to just do the witches wound. Between that and light frequencies coming, it's enough max out for my body. What I like is, because they are recorded, I can go back later when ready and do the dragons, etc transmissions.

Re sugar.. if you are craving sugar but it is tweaking your body: glyconutrients are "complex carbohydrates" that are responsible for cell to cell communication as well as detox and other things.. they are a separate nutrient, classification from vitamins, minerals, proteins, herbs, etc.
Many that have sugar cravings, when they get glyconutrients in their diet, find the sugar cravings stop. Also safe for diabetics. You can research what fruits and veggies contain them and they are available in supplement form.
