The weather in Delhi Ncr is getting way better and winter is just right around the corner. I wanted to cover a place which had a live grill and live tawa on and then Alkauser came on my mind. I called up the owner took his permission and reached for a vlog. Luckily I met the owner who was there at Rk Puram Branch. He was very welcoming and cordial. I ordered for their Legendary Mutton Kakori, Mutton Nihari, Mutton Galauti and Mutton Biryani with assortment of breads. This place is around 125 years old and serving lip smacking food. The staff seemed pretty confident and knew there job perfectly. Parking is not a problem as the place is located on a proper main road with ample amount of space. They also have a seating area. I was happy to see the tawa full of galauti and kakori on grill. Pricing is a bit on higher side however the quality makes it up for it. Check out my reaction to this iconic place.

According to my ratings al kauser is very good. Ranks 2nd in delhi of course after rajinder da dhaba. Nothing I repeat nothing beats rajinder da dhabas kalmi chicken and chicken curry served with butter naan. Their galauti rolls are to die for.
Finally found someone giving absolute truth .... rajinder galouti is hands down the best galouti I have ever had so far.
I've been eating there since my childhood.. Pls visit al Qureshi in hauz khas they also serve excellent food

7:15 bhai gaadi mai bas kebab nahi kha raha tha..;-) reminds me of my days in Munirka , this was the nearest and best mughlai option for the first few weeks of salary ... DTC Liquor shop was nearby we will get our beer with kakori kebabs... there was a 70 MM Theatre nearby don't remember the name now but we used to watch movies there the last movie I watched was Jodha Akbar and just in front of the cinema there was a sindhi resturant they will give awesome tikkas and big steel glass to hide your plastic disposal glass Underneath and we sip out drinks with awesome tikkas before movie and have chicken tikka masala with roti for dinner right after the movie... Awesome experience Awesome Memories ... At DDA Munirka there used to be a juice center and they will prepare the best cocktail you could buy for the money... If you are a friend just handover your vodka or rum under the table and he will with a smile will ask how many juices sir ... You say 2 that means 1 nip in 2 juices and no need to tell which juice he will mix the best combination of pineapple ,orange , apple graps whatever but you will remember the drink for your lifetime and remember no extra cost
