When my package arrived in warehouse, do I need to immediately send to my address or can I just hold it, shop more from other store and ship everything together as 1 package?
You can either send your package directly to your address, or hold it in our warehouse. We offer 30 days free storage period and maximum storage period for additional 30 days with storage fee $1/package/day applied. Sorry for the belated reply, and hope it helps!

It's hard to say without knowing the destination (i.e., country & postal code). You may also use the shipping calculator on our website. If you click on Pricing, there will be a Shipping calculator in the drop menu. To use it, you need to register, but registration is easy and free of charge. You can also tell me your destination and I will check for you.
Hello, a question, when I register they give me a Korean address with phone numbers.
In other words, can I communicate with the person at those numbers and does that indicate that she or he is already my Korean address? And any product that I buy can be sent to her, or do I have to find another address?

The phone number you get upon registration is the warehouse phone number. The delivery men would need it to arrange the delivery to our warehouse (when you use your Korean address to order). Sorry for checking your inquiry too late. For using our service, you will need to put your Korean address with your Suite number which is assgined to you right after sign up on Delivered. Once your package arrives at our warehouse, you will get a notification email. If you have all packages ready to ship, you can enter shipping address, select preferred shipping method and pay for shipping to arrange your shipment. Thank you very much!

As for duty&tax, you should check them with the customs office in Turkey. Please double-check with our support team at support@delivered.co.kr if your desired perfume can be shipped. Some perfume contains lots of alcohol, so it's considered dangerous cargo.

Hello! Please note that if you use our You Buy & We Ship service, you should submit the "My incoming package" form. Once your parcel arrives in the warehouse, our operations team will scan the tracking number and put it in the system. Then, you will see it listed in your personal cabinet on delivered.co.kr. Once you are ready to ship, move the parcel to the cart, choose a destination address and shipping service, and proceed with payment. At each stage, you will get email notifications with instructions.

And why I can’t save in “Add new address” my address in Hangul character? It says “Enter in English” is it okay to put it in English even it is Korean Address?
