  • Super quick and easy method to mount and dismount the heavy 10” LX200 GPS without having to lift the scope up to your shoulder height. I've been using this method for a year and smile every time at how easy this is.
Just a 2x4 with 1/4” slot to fit over the 3/16” thick aluminum Scope Saver table that is sandwiched between wedge and tripod head. A homemade plate can be made easily if you don’t have the Scope Saver table.

Much more simpler than my bracket for sure. I might look into a bit of thick metal to change my mounting and dismounting to your solutiion.

Jerry...The ScopeSaver table is VERY handy to have a place to rest "things" during a session. So, make your plate big enough to accommodate.
And thanks for your video on the ZWO EAF to microfocuser conversion. I'd like to do that but, don't have access to a digital printer.

I bought a used Meade wedge for 8” classic. Its missing the attachment bolts between the wedge and scope base. Anyone know the size and length of those bolts? Thanks
