Yeah, they probably should've held off on the ptr until the old uniques got updated. If they are also buffing the affixes, I can almost guarantee that some of them will be busted.
They need to do something with boulder and basic skills like stormclaw.
No clue why they don’t just give you access to everything like in d3 PTR. Unless is so the public underreports because they can’t do thorough testing so then they can tell higher ups “yep we’re doing great, hardly any complaints form testers “

Wow, between the cataclysm gloves and the amulet, I feel like it makes those must take items for any build and it kind of even the gates taking anything else on earth based build like what is the point of the basilisk?

That truly sucks Niko, whats the point if you have to re-farm everything while in a testing realm...and only have 1 week.
It does. It’d be so nice to just have instant access to everything. One week isn’t enough time to really dig into everything.
Hey Niko, thanks for all the testing! A couple questions if you don't mind since I can't access the PTR on console.
1) How does Lightning Storm feel without Unsung Wraps with Cataclysm gloves instead? Unsung are a huge source of damage and my soul is still hurt that they didn't make the Cata gloves a ring or anything else.
2) How does the Lightning Storm attack speed buff translate over to Nature's Fury Stormslide?
3) Is pure Landslide going to heavily outclass Stormslide?
4) Someone said that paragon/items that you have to use spirit for don't effect the Cataclysm gloves because you aren't actually spending spirit. Thoughts?
To be honest, it doesn't even seem like pulverize was even buffed compared to everything else, in my opinion.
With the Cata gloves and Locran amulet it felt really good when Cata was up. I just can’t find the cooldown temper recipe to test it further.
@@NikoWrex have you been able to find the new crown of Lucian and test with that yet?
I dont like to overwork my whole grear just to play the Lightningstorm Druid as i do in Season 4. That sucks a lot m8 !!!
It’s a lot of work before you can actually test anything.
Didn't they change cooldowns so the cd doesn't start untill after the skill ends? I feel like with that change it would be impossible to get 100% uptime on anything especially ultimate skills.

Frustrating, cataclysm unique should have been on a ring so we could have paired with unsung wraps. They've been so creative with sorc uniques yet all we seem to get is damage number boosts. I'll probably main spirirtborn once available now 👎 I hope you find something great for us!
With all the buffs to the lightning strikes too. I’ll never understand how an ultimate skill was designed to not hit enemies.
@NikoWrex Did you see J-Macc's Cata focused build? It's actually not that bad, and it does seem to snapshot overpower, but not for every strike for some reason. It was still proc'ing way too much to be regular overpowers though. That's an interesting find. Since Cata and Lightning Storm scale differently, I'm not sure why some people are Hellbent on using that unique for it. There are much better uses with Shred and Pulv tbh.
