The script does not have "silent entry" and "loud entry". The police are notified when you crack the safe and get the access code, so they won't come while you're outside the bank doing the hacks.
I don’t see how that would make sense. The cameras are basically minigames - not security cameras. If you want security cameras from rcore, you can just add them separately.
