So as somebody who played f zero when it was new, and now playing F-zero 99, lol the anxiety is REAL! off the top of my head, when did F zero come out? 91, 92? Making me about 6 or 7 at the time when I first played it. I have a near life long dread of death wind the overwhelming majority of my 38 years in this planet. Even when you're in first, you can't enjoy it from the sheer pressure of wanting to maintain the lead. Ultimately, the 1st is just a simple oval track, much like a Nascar track, yet so much goes into it. I suppose it's one of those things of "less is more" sometimes.
