A warning to those that new or not know about it. CEO create warehouse can be raided when the get almost fully stocked, fail to stop the raid and you lose everything. There's also a bug called ghost raids where you warehouse gets raided and you don't get notified about it. There are ways to avoid these like not going over the stock limit / playtime trigger, using a 2nd character or staying as an MC president. Creates are a good "passive" business if you manage your stock levels.
Is there a time limit? One day i registered as CEO in paleto Bay and my nightclub got raided. I had to go allll the way to legion square for that shit n those guys legit got out of my club when I showed up. I thought they'd be halfway to vice city
@@C00T47 yes there are time limits for you to protect your raided business, but the length of it depends on the business being raided. Raids can happen on MC business, create warehouses, nightclubs and bunkers (Not 100% sure but think the bunker raids were removed a few years ago). Apart from the ghost raids, one of the worst type of raid continuously decreases your remaining product from the start of the raid as a representation of the raiders taking your stuff, but in my years of experience these seem less common than other types of raids Some raids will stay at your business location with you having to get rid of them, while others may flee from your business as soon as you enter a certain range with you having to rescue either the product or staff members. just don't die when protecting your business that will mean you lose your stuff.

I just started GTA online 4 months ago once I found out I could play it solo 😂 had GTA 5 since the day it came out too. COD and 2K took my life away all these years 🥹 now I’m hooked on GTA online.
I’m a solo player and I’ve never played a heist before, I do love the Dre contract, but I mostly run businesses and do client jobs and all that. I have more money than I will ever use and didn’t rely on some random person.
@@BrownsFanInCincy heist R ova rated, glitchy & ya throw in tha typical rockstar trollin ya, they're really not that great, but still and experience,do tha set up & invite randoz, but don't expect a full cut if ya do,we used 2 have A 4 man crew & ran oac stand back 2back all night long, tha game wuz 6yrz old @ tha time I started,so I had A HUGE pay wall 2 conquer.I did & then sum, semi retired now I come back 4 DLCz & new content, mostly just farm tha night club & street dealerz while I sleep
@@BrownsFanInCincy deffs start running cayo perico heist aswell as you can do it completely solo and can be done 100% stealthy and it takes about 10 mins for the heist once you know what your doing
Two great businesses right there too, especially for solo players. The garment factory has turned out to be a really really viable money maker I’m pleased with it
I never took advantage of Cayo when it was really good, I don’t like the repetitiveness of doing it over and over again. I’d rather play something fun and make money.
When people say they're looking for a crew there are Crews that you can join up on if you really want to accomplish things you must find the lone wolves
I play in public sessions almost none of the time. Just not worth it on PC. Griefing cheaters, worse performance now after BattlEye being added and worse performance anyways the more players in the lobby there are. Hard pass for me lol
100% especially for a solo player I think it s a great business to fit into your daily grind. It just takes a bit of up front investment to ensure you're making good money from it. Because you don't just source a car and sell it at first. There's guides to look up on YT so I suggest you do so but Ill try to break it down in summary format for you. The business is all about sourcing and selling cars. Different rarity vehicles sell for different amounts. To start, source cars and keep sourcing until you have 10 Standard Range vehicles, 10 Mid Range, and 12 Top Range. These can be filtered in your vehicle cargo warehouse computer in the office to help you keep track. Also try to ensure there's no duplicate license plates for any of the cars. The goal is to always sell that 12th top range car because when you source after that you'll always get same same vehicle back. Basically with this strategy you are always ensuring you are sourcing and selling a top range vehicle to ensure maximum profit and you are most efficient with this business rather than just selling random cars all the time. So as you are building up your vehicle stock, of course if you go over 10 or 12 for a certain car you can of course sell for the time being but after sourcing say 32-36 cars total, you should be at that 10, 10, 12 mark. Always sell that 12th car and source it back immediately so you don't forget. Of course like I was saying definitely watch some guides on YT on exactly step by step what to do but I wanted to give you a brief overview so you have an idea of what you are getting yourself into. All in all sourcing those 32 cars to set up the business in the most optimal way will require a few hours of strictly just grinding vehicle source missions but remember you are setting yourself for infinite money in the future. Whenever you have a free 10 minutes you can run a sell and source for $100k or $80k profit after costs are factored into it. Or you can get 50% more for selling in public sessions for the max high demand bonus which I recommend you do. As for location, I love La Mesa because of how close to the highway it is so its great for actual sourcing and selling, some players prefer other ones like the spot near the Arena War stadium for example too.
Congratulations! That’s a huge achievement. And tbh, I bet the $900m you’ve spent has been the reason for tons of fun in this game so good on you for not hoarding it just for the sake of it and never enjoying all the work you put into the game
Probably the Kuruma then because you can just sit in the vehicle and rarely take damage. But performance on the STX is still way better - its just all the Imani Tech features of it dont really matter in PvE since no npc is locking onto you with missiles.
