I don't know the reason why this happens.... But here are few things I wanna mention
If you apply your sunscreen directly... Don't do that ... Firstly use moisturizer then only apply sunscreen....
Apply your sunscreen half n hour before you go out and face sun
If you still faces darkness... Try mixing your sunscreen with BB Cream... Or you can use tinted sunscreen

You should use good amount of sunscreen... And reapply after... 3-4 hours... Long hours tk sun exposure se bhi tanning ho sakti h
