My family just purchased a 921 Elite for me and my brother to fish college tournaments, local tournaments, and for my youngest brother (7yrs old) to fish in middle school, high school, and college. When looking at boats, I wanted an independent company who had an awesome reputation in the fishing industry. This left us with Basscat and Phoenix. Our dealer (Shout out to Last Chance Performance Marine, SoCal) spilled the entire line up between both companies. As Andy said, Phoenix is a TOP BOAT COMPANY. Phoenix stood out as their price point for a 21ft loaded boat was much lower than a 20ft Basscat without options. The 921 Elite came loaded WITH a custom cover and hot foot standard from Phoenix and the Cat didn’t come standard with covers or a hot foot. No knock to Basscat one bit, but our 921 Elite is every bit of a “tournament loaded boat” and significantly less in price than a fully loaded Cat. We also got to look at the new 2025 721 ZXL (loaded as well) and it was a beautiful boat but not exactly what we were looking for but the price point was pretty freaking good as well. Our 921 Elite: 250 ProXs Dual Powerpoles 12” Bobs Hydraulic Jackplate 1 AGM Cranking 3 Lithiums (TM) 1 Lithium (Electronics) E2 Wiring Heated Seats 10” Garmin/12” Helix @ Console 2nd Console Padded Front deck 12” Garmin/12” Helix @ Bow Minnkota Quest Keel Gaurd Hellos Wheels/trailer package Trailer shocks I’m sure I’m missing a few things but all of that for less than a Basscat with a few options. I love our bird and don’t think you can beat it. SPEED, POWER, AND NO BRAKES BABY WOOOO!!!
@@chestophercolumbo4561 heated seats work well! And they don’t drain the battery too much as they are on a timer once the big motor is shut off. I always have piece of mind knowing that if I accidentally left them on, they auto shut off.
Yeah Phoenix boats are definitely nice for sure. A 19 ft with a 200 is a really good choice for a boat. In my opinion I love that size boats. And 19 ft class boats with 200 on it run with the 250hp boats
They still need to improve on somethings. No mass produce boat manufactures today are outstanding. How many times have you had to call Phoenix for warranty issues? Phoenix boats definitely knows how to market their product well to appeal to the fisherman. You said in this video that Phoenix is going to build 1000 boats, well let's see what happens to their Quality Control then. I'm not hear to put down Phoenix because they do make a good boat, but they do have issues that the consumer doesn't hear about.
They already to put out over 1000 boats a year. 5 boats per day. 5 days a week. All boats are built to order. The quality is very good. Watch a video on how the boats are made and the materials used. Pretty impressive.
I have a 2024, 21XE with a SHO. It’s by far the best riding and performing boat that I have been in. I’ve owned 2 Ranger 521L’s and have been in a Skeeter FXR21. They can’t hold a candle to it.
I have ridden in a couple Phoenix boats. Great ride, great fishability. Great boats, and now great price points. The owner fishes for a living, so you know he understands what bass anglers need in a boat.
I have a nitro and I actually really like it. But later in life if I don’t buy another nitro or if I’m rich I will be 1st in line at the Phoenix dealer

Their tournament support team is second to none! Guys went above and beyond for me at us open. Cant say enough great things about them!

I purchased a used Bass Cat from In Tune Marine this spring. Everyone I dealt with was top notch. I highly recommend checking them out.
Welcome back!😊
#1 boat on the market in my opinion, especially in rougher water
Love my Phoenix. I’ve owned several boats in my 65yrs. Phoenix is for sure in the top 3.
basscat-vexus-ikon all way above a phoenix --phoenix 2nd tier at best worst trailer on the road also sorry
The Boat Center in Chippewa Falls, WI is the closer to you and they are a Phoenix Dealer as well.
On the 76k pkg, really look at it and see what you actually get. Batteries, tm, trailer too.
Love the video and 100% great boats !!!!!!!

What do you think about xpress bass boats?

Fair prices for these boats in today's market
Great Video Guy's
Thanks buddy
Bought my Triton fron Intune, they're sales and service crew if top tier!
I own a 2019 phx love it wouldn't own anything else great for all around in big water or small
Bass cat is running a special for a Caugar hybrid at about the same price as the pheonix zxl package.
I have a nitro and I actually really like it. But later in life if I don’t buy another nitro or if I’m rich I will be 1st in line at the Phoenix dealer
Andy where can I get Suzuki hats like you always wear?
store.suzukimarine.com/c/suzuki-apparel
My 21 elite at 72 chime walks so bad it’s scary, my bass cat at 74 never chime walks
Great video, but the 920Elite will not run 74-75 lol. Maybe empty with no gas or gear. Best I can get is 73 on a good good day.
Yeah I’ve done 75.5 by myself with maybe 1/4 tank of gas, but with 2 guy 72-73 in best conditions.
What motor are ya running? Prop?

Have they fixed the chine walking yet? They get sketchy quick.
Fastest will be one with a Yamaha. An 819 with a Yamaha 200 SHO flashed to a 330 hp is a beast.
What about the PHX?
ZXL is a great value
The hydraulic should be standard for these prices

Great idea James! I think we could do that
Jesus, the cost tho. So i will be working all the time to pay for it and nvr get to fish. Nice boats tho.
Phoenix builds a great boat !!!
Marine master trailers suck
I believe Phoenix builds a great boat. This price point is definitely not aimed at me. I can’t/won’t spend that much on a vehicle 😂
Speed--It’s overrated!
phoenix somewhere between 5-10 in quality poor trailers poor carpet quality build like an old stratos also
you sold out! what are they paying you?
Omg it would be so much better if we did sell out. Then I wouldn’t have to make silly free videos every Friday
What?
How so??
