I use TV paint mostly! But for this i drew each frame of each character in paint tool SAI then imported it to TVpaint to turn it into an animation and add audio
Cyanimate OH! I have SAI too! :3 And I found good program, too. But I suck at drawing... Drawing on computer with mouse :/ I get graphic tablet on Chrismas, so I can improve. Good luck with animations, and Happy Halloween!

Ive tried to do this so smoothly and it seems almost down-right impossible, so I was like "yeah, they totally cut some sort of corner somewhere or made some major inconsistencies."
