I work in mental health and it breaks my heart seeing our young individuals presenting with anxiety , depression and anger issues . Very well explained on why we need to put love as the core of our values . Service and giving to community is the key to happiness. I love the analogy of lollipop ❤

Thank you. I awakened this morning to learn there had been a shooting in my own town late yesterday and learned there were two young children among those left d ead, I remembered hearing you and I think your wife speak at the Sandy Hook Prayer Vigil and so began my search in hopes of finding a replay. So thank you.

As a psychologist, I appreciated the use of the lollipop to explain the relationship between the brain stem and brain. The integration of spirituality and religion is very insightful. I thought a great deal of the research on Buddhist compassion meditation and neurology. Outstanding and very accessible presentation.

To optimize love and increase the likelihood of its expression it greatly help to commit to saying this 3/day for all the days of your life to yourself: I love you. This enhances a predisposition for its expression.

Dr. Woodall, your thoughts on love and resilience reminds me of my own experience as a person who feels was born with love in her heart. I'm a former child refugee from South Sudan working on my refugee story. I recently got an excerpt published entitled, "My Beautiful Colors, a Refugee Story." I would love to get a copy to you if I'm able to find a way to send it to you.

Sadly psychologists have no answer to the human condition of sin, we are all born broken with a propensity to sin. The wages of sin is death. Baholla has no answer to doorways opened up to the demonic world through sin , do you see demons of anxiety, depression , suicide , self harm , anorexia , cast out in the name of Baholla? No? But next time those thoughts come to you or you have a spirit visit you with sleep paralysis or demons attack you at night, rebuke them in the name of Jesus Christ! Funny how the demons know who is in charge! 🙏🏽
