I was extremely depressed without him. Now 2 years later I am doing much better, and am so thankful I stayed in this world. If you’re still reading this, I just wanted to let you know it gets better. I never actually comment on UA-cam but I’m here to let you all know that things do get better. I promise. Please fight through the pain, it only makes you stronger. As much as I miss him, i couldn’t be happier with my life right now. Love each and every single one of you.

In 2018 my best friend was in a coma and now has to live with brain damage. She was 28 ): Ever since then she hasn’t been the same. She has to deal with short term memory loss but luckily the rest is fine. Her whole life changed because of it and now she lives a completely different one. People always say “she’s like a child now” which isn’t even true. Most of her friends left her but I didn’t care. I love her so much and I’m beyond grateful she’s alive because the world wouldn’t be the same without my b fry. I miss my grandpa. We were very close. He sadly died to cancer last year in May of 2020 during quarantine. I never got to say goodbye because of it. This song makes me think of him, I cry to it every time. It makes me think of my dog Mocha too. She was a chocolate lab, and we were best friends. I was at my grandmas and came home to find out she died. If only I could see them right now.

I just lost my grandfather 5 hours ago to covid and god does it still hurt. I never got to say goodbye to him and had to see him die through video call as my dad held him in his arms. I miss him so much already. All my motivations were closely connected to the fact that i wanted to make his life better and make him proud. I used to listen to this because it was a good song but my cat got lost yesterday and I found out that he died today from my neighbor. He was almost 1 year old and really special. I would give almost anything to give him a hug again. He was a wild cat and he died how he wanted which was outside. I just wish I supervised him that day he went outside for the last time.

I tried. Tried overdosing on sleeping pills. I survived, barely. I thought those few bad days had no end and I could only end my bad days by ending all the good days too. Now I'm still here, having an endless amount of good days. Just remember all those bad days are like a thunder storm, never ending seemingly stretching on for forever. But they do end, and after those bad days are rainbows, the good days. I thought there was no more rainbow, my life was a storm cloud, but now I'm walking on a rainbow. Yes theres bad days but you'll survive. My grandpa passed away two months after my attempt and seeing my family heartbroken I couldn't imagine what that might have been like with me. I couldn't break their hearts so I worked on myself. I made myself better, someone I was proud of. And I know if someone like me, a midwest nobody, can do something that changes her life then I believe you can too. So come with me, walk on those rainbows with me, and we can survive the storm clouds together.

About 6 months ago, one of my friends announced she was moving away to a different state. At that time, I was only friends with her. We all met at the park the day before she left, and this was her favorite song so we played it. We gathered around the table and held hands while we were all crying. We are still in contact, and she is now one of my best friends :). This song hits very different to me now and my other friends who were there before she left. I miss you cap 🙂❤️
