Thank you for sharing a beautiful apartment/ condo home there in Paris. The kitchenvwas gorgeous and having the washer & dryer in the unit was soo nice!!! And Merry Christmas and Happy New Year's to everyones. 🎅 🥂
The apartment is nice and spacious. However, why would anyone not keep the integrity of the stunning French architecture? I can find something like this in Texas, USA.
I saw the apparement advertised somewhere, it does have beautiful views and the renovation seems to be adequate, in a rather British way, clean and functional, the guest bathroom is New York style, however it lucks all the charm and height of a typical apparement in the 7th or the 8th , the color or wallpaper, and those moldings are annoying almost,,, in my opinion it's WAAAAAAAAAY OVERPRICED, it's over 30k/m even with the garage....!!!! Also, you didn't show the common parts and the main entryway to the building, which accounts for the value of the property, it could add or subtract from the value,, many years ago ,a view of the eifel tower was something that has value not anymore 🤔. ...!!!!
The fact remains that 260m² in this building, on the Champ de Mars, with a garage, cellars, two separate and independent entrances to the apartment, and this view-well, it’s exceptional and rare.
The camera shaking is really bad. I don’t understand why someone in real estate would even put this up on UA-cam yet alone say we will take this feedback into consideration.
😱 parking elevators one apartment per floor cavs Aircon underfloor heating all bedrooms en-suite two balconies top of the line kitchen The View okay to be fair it is a bit generic but it looks luxurious. I’ll probably get a nosebleed from the price…I’ve seen some very expensive Paris hovels. It’s about what I’d expected it to be priced at.
the interior design is so boring. location seems nice. I wish the lady was given a chance to do the presentation without being interrupted so many times. She's the one selling it after all

How much is this?
What are the real estate taxes per year?
At 9M, I'm sure taxes are hefty
location yes, interior non!
ho yes please
Ir's not an Eiffel tower view when you have to bend over and get a stiff neck to see the Eiffel tower. Cute apartment though.

If the eiffel tower were not outside, you could be in Miami. Not french character

You should have your medication adjusted

Yes, 6th to 8th districts are the most sought after. Specs like these, there, with 260m2, have a price. Thanks for your comment.
@ I actually think it’s going to sell rather quickly, that’s such a huge apartment and the option on the studio right in that neighborhood.

I detest old Paris apartment rehabs that reduce the ceiling height due to worshiping "modernity" and "clean lines." MEH squared.
