To be fair it IS Kentucky. At least the wife is not his cousin or something. Then again noone said that she is not, so that's still a possibility. Ah, how correct was that intro from Idiocracy :D
"buy my soap"
wtf
are you Richard Cooper?
Was in agreement with you on the loser groom but trashing their wedding decorations as ghetto is a little elitist. Not everyone can spend 5 or 6 figures on a wedding ceremony. Most people get married in their local church and the families provide food and drinks from home. They’ll spend their money on their home and/or a honeymoon trip. This is a problem with young people starting out in massive debt for a ring and wedding ceremony. When I hear about people spending a fortune on those things I usually start a timer for how long the marriage is going to last and it’s not going to be years!
@@mderossett01 Here is a good rule of thumb. If she is not ok with a simple ceremony with family and friends, then she will not be ok with any "bumps down the road" like you losing your job or both of you having to relocate and live in a cheaper house and so forth. People should either find a woman that understands how life works or not. But they shouldn't complain later if they ignored that obvious issue.
Any woman who would marry a man like that has no respect for herself and zero self-esteem. If he humiliates her and disrespects her like this in front of all of their friends and family, just imagine what he is like when it’s just the two of them. Gross.
this is not the first time he has acted this way in front of her either lol, the man doesn't really care and she has never put a boundary on him so, she clearly enjoys this and way worse things
𝙸 𝚖𝚎𝚊𝚗 𝚢𝚊
It's speculation, but she seems to be a pick me/cool girl type of woman. She probably got him like that and now she has to upkeep the facade in order to keep him. She acted like him humiliating her is funny, she's also fine with his EX attending the wedding and even holding a speech??? What woman would be cool with that, except a cool girl?
@@xxromanovaxx6682I don’t think she is a pick me. I agree with the original post 100 percent.

The husband doesn’t even know why he’s there. And he made a whole mockery of what was supposed to be sacred. That must of really hurt, man.
Kaitlin seemed to like it, but everyone else was having an internal monologue about why this wedding was even happening.
most women don't care about what's sacred which is why they have sex before marriage....so if you want to be the moral police start there
@@tiahnarodriguez3809 it's happening because she's on her second baby and threatening him with child support if he doesn't put a ring on it. He was so wasted it's surprising he made it to the altar.
Sacred, eh? So the fact the woman said he's done right by her and is a good father and partner is worth nothing? You'd think THAT is the sacred part, not some event. ROast the guy accordingly for ruining the wedding, but all this is way too vitriolic

What was funny about his so called vow? If he had a thoughtful vow then finish it with that line, it would be funny and amazing. He couldn't even put the effort, yikes.
The women in his life have spent hours putting this wedding together for months. They selected all the vendors, designed every detail, planned all the logistics yet he cannot be bothered to spend 30 minutes putting something together for his vows.
Why would he? He acts like he’s perpetually stuck in high school. The bride seems like she does everything and he’s just there for the ride. It must be so frustrating for Kaitlin, but she knew how Cody was, and agreed to marry him. I fear for their kids.

My fiancé and I are literally just gonna have a courthouse wedding and only spend money on getting some nice photos. Maybe have some sort of nice little at home reception with family. We both are people that don’t enjoy the spotlight on us, plus wedding costs are insane.
But he would never do this to me even if it were just the two of us alone giving our vows. The level of disrespect to do this not only to your wife but in front of her family is wild.

Don’t get me wrong I love a cheap modest ceremony and i’ve seen loaded families throw some pretty shit weddings, but anyone with the eyes for it could have seen this coming from miles away. Some decent ministers would have walked off or scolded the groom but the real ones would have stayed miles away from this from day 1

Edit: officiator, not priest
Her marrying him says more about her
facts
It says she has unhealthy self worth (Which I mentioned)
@@BrittanyVenti Well look at her!
I would be soooo embarrassed if my husband behaved like that on our wedding day.
If bro won’t take the wedding seriously I doubt he’ll take much else in the marriage seriously.
So many women take wedding seriously and treat marriage like a joke. So I guess he will be fine.
@@i_am_funny But he won’t be fine bc his wife will likely treat the marriage as a joke, right?
@@AnnSmajstrla i mean it's literally all that is to it, regardless of him being a jerk she is going to treat marriage like whatever so might as well do the joke that was in his head.
@@i_am_funny so he won’t be fine.
Is this real or is it fake? I know we live in Weimerica but surely this cannot be real.
The photographer posted it, and has a long portfolio of these on his Instagram so for all intents and purposes it seems real. I haven't see the wife respond yet though.
"to hold you accountable" proceeds to completely shame her and she does nothing. Wild. Even the pastor presiding over the wedding was at a loss for words encouraging him to try more vows 😱
I'm so happy the priest called him out.
Women: "Where are all the good men??"
...yea definitely not in Kentucky.
Tragic… a cautionary tale for sure
I love how you can hear a guy in the background say "Come on, Cody!" in an exasperated voice. No doubt he and the "ex from highschool" are still screwing.
Why would anyone invite their ex to their wedding????? The red flags are everywhere including the shitty vows
My ex and I ended amicably, I would invite him. If I was having the sort of wedding where I would invite a lot of people
Personally, I think it’s disrespectful. I wouldn’t do it and I wouldn’t be ok with my man doing it.
@@uwu-fm2kjOh, OK, so would you put your fiancé's ex in your BRIDAL PARTY? Because that's what happened here, the ex was a bridesmaid or maid of honor.
Now what?
@@-MattMcCauley- not sure why ur so aggressive but no I wouldn’t put him there because we are not good friends lol. Maybe this woman is friends with the ex? If they all went to high school together I suppose it is possible. But still awkward to bring up the former relationship
@@uwu-fm2kj Then your anecdotal analogy fails.
This looks like an episode from the Office. Like it's Michael Scott's wedding or something.
"To hold you accountable" girl start by walking out on that wedding! Smh!
My husband was incredibly nervous about writing vows (same as me) so we both selected love poems. His selection was beautiful, his mom tears up to this day if its mentioned. If men want to adapt & try for you, they will. Or they’ll shove cake in your face and do this. Dealer’s choice 😇
I wonder if the couple owes the videographer money, and this is how he dealt with it.
It's like he's announcing to everyone that this whole marriage is just a joke to him, and he will treat it as such
And in front of her friends and family.
I wouldn't be surprised if we found out that the bride and groom are actually cousins lol
The "I'm his EX from High School" is such an odd thing
Most normal adults would say: "we dated in high school" ... because relationships in high school typically only last a few months.
So either, they JUST "dated" ... and she's making it out to be like "yea we dated for a month in High School... but I'm his full on EX GIRLFRIEND"... then she needs a reality check, or she's secretly been in love with him since they were kids.
Or they actually were together the majority of high school, and they've stayed friends well into their late 20s/early 30s (?) ... that's his side piece.
Because I have a really good guy friend that I DATED in College.
I went to his wedding, he went to mine. And I did NOT get up on the podium and say "I'm his EX Girlfriend from college"... because that is NOT the nature of our relationship.
We dated, it didn't work out. He's a good person, we stayed friends. No big deal. You shouldn't even have to say any of that at a wedding.
I've known women who choose men like this over-and-over again.
Bonus points if they blame all men for it.
We call those woken women "single mothers"
The husband probably forgot the vows, and is absolutely hammered
In 2023, the United States continues to see complex trends in divorce rates, with an overall decline. First marriages still end in divorce at a rate of approximately 35-50%, while second marriages face an even higher likelihood of dissolution, ranging from 60-70% or more.
I’m surprised to read the statistics on the divorce rate for second marriages because I thought people would be more likely to stay even if it didn’t work out. Interesting.
@@tiahnarodriguez3809No, the sky high second marriage failure rates are logical and make perfect sense because most second marriages have the added HUGE issue of children from the first marriage.
Human males did not evolve to provide resources to the offspring of rival males, so child abuse perpetrated by stepfathers is 70 TIMES higher than that perpetrated by the child victim's real dad.
Amazing how little thought women give to this well-documented fact. Really appalling, actually.
He's going to cheat on her within a month of their marriage
There are a million different responses one could’ve made up on the spot that would’ve been better than that disaster or a “vow”
If his ex was in the bridal party at HIS request, that's just gross man wtf
Wore "Vans"! To his own wedding 🤣! Shows how important this wedding is going to be! 🤣🤣🤣
