I would say that she was basically a good person who loved her family and wished for their safety at all costs. She was raised with the pure blood supremacy beliefs that never changed when she got older like Andromedea did and proved with her marriage to a muggleborn.
That would be the opinion of her twenty years ago since she did grow up in a household with prejudices against anyone who was a muggle or muggleborn. For that reason she would be excused for her prejudices even if she didn't actively act on those prejudices. However today she wouldn't be considered a good person due to her prejudices even if she did protect her family and never acted on her prejudices.

I think Lily, Molly and Narcissa are so alike because they are willing to do anything for their children's life, and they never regret the choice, they always put family first and aren't afraid to lie about it, to kill someone or to die.
