@slackpanda3643 I thought they stated they were using Ai to create 3d buildings to fix the nuked looking areas. Trees and bushes also does not look as good as what they showed in the first trailer. Correction: seen other videos and the trees and bushes are great. The buildings look better but there are still areas that will have melted looking buildings.

While parked up at the gate, can you get out of the cockpit and walk around the cabin? See customers getting on the plane? Walk down the stairs and see luggage getting loaded and fuel being filled? If so, that would be incredible. So many possibilities for modders later down the line.

I don't know much about flight sims but it doesn't feel like the plane is actually touching the ground when landing and before taking off. I've seen other sims where you feel the weight of the plane better when on the ground. I don't know if it's any more realistic but it definitely feels better to me.
Omg ATC is already driving me crazy. In the USA the frequencies are announced with “point” not “decimal”. Decimal is used internationally not domestically. Why do such basic things give them problems?
It’s tough to say but there will be two Max’s we are getting! This and then PMDGs max, but with how this looks and sounds! It’s absolutely spot on! I may wait on the PMDG Max and get there 777F when that comes soon!

Honestly I'm pleasantly surprised about how good the default planes seem to be flying. And with some good mods they might be better than most payware planes for 2020.

Any word on if the collision meshes/boxes on the interiors of the handcrafted airports from World Updates that prevent you from exploring the interiors with the drone camera have been removed in MSFS 2024-that would be great for when in walk-around mode? Personally, I’m getting the Premium Deluxe edition off the MS Store again, like I did with 2020 as I’m gonna be 😊😊😊😊😊😊 piloting the MAX 8!

Good to see the default B737 Max comes with a working EFB and airport chart in PFD, but is there a working overhead HUD included like the Dreamliner in 2020?
@@EmeryE2 I always thought that X-plane flight model was shit. Flying fully loaded 747 felt the same like flying light Cessna. Absolutely no inertia, planes were overreactive, you could do almost combat jets like maneuvers in airliners. I'm not a pilot myself so it's hard to compare that to real airplanes but it felt really odd.

@@EmeryE2 physics? Haha you mean the xp12 c172 that loves to slam the rwy on final. I’ve flown the c172 so many times irl and it doesn’t do that. You have to be really slow for that to happen. Xp12 65kts on final and it drops like a rock. Xp12 needs to do a better job with ground effect.

It is the same a default plane, think what fenix and pmdg can do with all the freedom they have on msfs2024. And then by many accounts the physics is very similar to xplane's
I am a bit disappointed. Thought MSFS 2024 would run as smooth as promised, but I still can see those freezes, small FPS and completely unreal colours. Hope they fix everything, but it`s only 2 months before the release and why is it even stand-alone sim and not an update...

I have the exact same system, I get 37fps maximum. My bandwith is a bit slower though but that should not have an effect. What did you tweak for such good performance?

Honestly, MSFS is sooooo much better than X-plane. In X-plane its difficult to easily choose where you want to go. There are also many more default planes in MSFS. P.S This is just my opinion, everybody has their own.
MSFS 2024 looks better than MSFS 2020 and graphics are also better than the old one...ground objetcs, geographical shapes, mountains and trees are also better...

After PMDG I find it very hard to spend a single minute for any other Boeing. Especially in game INOP ones.

i think that PMDG, Fenix and GSX doesn't support msfs24 right from the start... so i will pass until all my favourite Addons are compatible.
You will be able to import those planes to 2024 via content manager or putting them in the 2024 community folder

The scenery in MSFS 2024 looks a little blurry, it's not as sharp as 2020. I suspected the photogrammetry data streaming is low resolution.

U can set the landing gear handle up while the plane is on the ground. The system wouldn’t physically move the gears until the plane is in the air.

why is the speed so slow, jets go way faster than 200 knots? it should be 450 knots at least for cruising speed.

Not expecting the much needed performance improvements. The over-reliance on streaming also has me concerned. Definitely not a Day 1 buy.
