The way he said Ruthless Agression was perfect, summarised the whole era with the intensity

What in the hell?? I honestly think that was one of the greatest debuts ever, and I'm not even a big John Cena fan 🪭

But what made the debut great wasn’t Cena and his cookie cutter gimmick.
It was all Kurt Angle who made that debut great. Angle was already a top guy and let a rookie take him to the limit. Angle made that debut.
John’s right, that gimmick and act was never going to work in 2002. After the debut, no one cared about him until the doctor of thuganomics started. Because that was unique and different.

The debut was great, But what made it great wasn’t Cena. It was all Kurt Angle. No one gave a crap about Cena after his debut until he became the Dr. of Thuganomics.
Angle was already a top guy and let a rookie take him to the limit. That’s what John is saying.
