I wanted to ask, what happen after Staging the House, if the client struck a deal, does the furniture and setting goes with the house If not what are the terms and conditions for returning the furniture and how much does it cost, is the rental items are for a week, a month etc and how shall one hire and negotiate the service fee if required.
Work it out with your realtor. Each option is possible.
What happens to the furniture they put in the house to sell it for this show? I really wish they could use more of the buyers furniture. Did the house get sold? They never say.

Not everybody owns a huge garage.
So some people must put the washing-mashine,
