They had a child who was allowed to make an absolute mess. The people made a mess. One of them even vomited all over the table. Then they left not a penny for a tip. I felt bad for the waitress, so I gave her some extra money of my own. They seem to have no idea that, at least in NC, waitresses are paid way less than minimum wage in the expectation that they will more than make it up in tips. Customers from hell should just stay home.

The student was suspended from the bus for a year but they still tried to get me to pick him up.

My thought as well. It sounds to me like the CUSTOMER responded “OK n…” to the driver’s request for a signature. Though the customer isn’t on screen, there are clearly two very different voices coming from two different people.
The thing that’s fueling the scam(?) is the fact that the response at the end can be construed as having come from the driver. It might be, though, that a little audio cleanup and voice analysis (easily within reach of channels like Matt Walsh) would prove the driver’s case (by disproving the one against Pizza Hut).

Yep. I have been called the N word, it was very unpleasant, but I didn’t need counseling, and rather than being a middle aged man confronted with a pizza man, I was a teenage girl at a new school and had it screamed at me during class. It wasn’t fun, but it wasn’t the end of the world.

You should have seen what happened when the delivery guy listed the ingredients to the customer to make sure his order was right: he actually mentioned the pizza had black olives on it.

Actually this scenario is quite funny. We live in a modern age where almost every delivery has a tip already included on the receipt. On rare occasion you get a Delivery with no tip added on a credit card order. You might get cash at the door,. but odds are you are getting stiffed ( no tip at all) . The only option we have is to ask them to sign at the door which sometimes guilt trips them into a tip. Now with all that being said, Black people seldomly ever tip.. yet always complain. I know this sounds terrible but I think if you asked 99% of the service industry they would gladly stop serving or delivering to black people if they had the choice. Ive been in customer service for over 35+ years and its never changed.
And to be fair, the Church Crowd would be on the list as well. They always expect some great deal ( large 1 topping $5-6) and they get everything tax exempt and are so snooty about it all.
They tip like absolute garbage as well. One church I went to sold each slice of pizza for $3 and they were getting an 8 slice pizza for $6. You would take 40 pizzas and get a $3 dollar tip.
The nursing home health care crowd def have to be on the list. Yea. customer service sucks lol...

I came out of my house one morning to find a black guy sitting on the steps, blocking the gate. I said "Excuse me. When i was a kid I had to take my neighbors bus to school. The bus was full of middle schoolers and i was still in elementary. Most of the kids on the bus were black. Very shortly after beginning to take this bus one black kid made it his mission to make my life hell for a whole school year. He'd grab on me, touch me, hit me, call me provocative things and his favorite move was pretending to listen to something id say (id stay completely silent through the abuse; my dad would beat me if i got in trouble on the bus) and hed pretend i said the "n word" and tell other black kids on the bus that i called them one, so then theyd too come up to me and slap and punch me. It's a harsh lesson to learn as a child that the "n word" is just an excuse to justify violence against white people. The word itself is meaningless.

That actually would be a valid lawsuit. The lawsuit by the home owner has no merit. Even if he did it, it is free speech and there was no discrimination. He got his pizza. But to falsely claim that someone did that, that hurts their reputation and could put them in danger. That is something you can sue over.
