Unfortunately not. In fact, these ropes are too elastic and cannot withstand the heat created by friction on the drum. So they break easily. That's why our polyester ropes are best suited to get the job done.

How do you put the rope in the bag from the reel with the thimble on the end?
Mr. Lux, you can attach a carabiner to the belt, open it to pass the rope through, and then push the rope into the bag.
How about polypropylene rope? Would that be ok to use?
