Hmmm.... thank you for this video. I have been/ am anxious sometimes and until now, I didn't have the words or concept of one of my triggers, but when I was a kid I had a bunch of anxiety of death and car accidents with my brother too. He was involved in a tragic one when I was younger and he was in a comma for a while. And once he recovered and was out, I'd be worried/ anxious until he was home and safe. I just realized, after watching your video, that this might have been a contributor for some of my ocd too. Thanks for sharing.
The lighting in this video is absolutely crappy! It was very gloomy outside when I filmed this video and I just couldn't seem to get the light to stay constant in my room. At least this is just a video of me talking.
So impulsive has to do with the body and compulsive with external things aside of the body. Would like to know if I understood well. Thanks for the vid, original.

BUTCHER206 :)
It's so strange how our own minds can try to confuse us at times. It can be hard enough to tell someone else to shut up much less yourself.
DOYLECLEVERLOBE1 Yep exactly. It's annoying but I feel that most of us go through that kind of thing.
CrazyDragon Yes we most definitely do.
