Some of the Pakistani sellers on eBay are dirtbag scammers. I was buying the Cody Rhodes belt for my son, in the listing you could make an offer. I offered $15 less than asking. Seller sent me a private message saying he would do $10 off. I agreed, and he sent me a link to the listing with $10 off, but the shipping cost increase 3 times what it was in the original listing. He’s been hounding me about making the order ever since. I had to block the dude.

Yea unfortunately there are some people on eBay that like to either mess with people or list something for super cheap but the shipping alone makes it the same price as buying it from the WWE Shop
