I would highly suggest doing this with a pre-framed cork board, and then cutting the veltex or whatever fabric you're using to slightly bigger than the size of the cork portion, using the high tack glue and then tucking all the sides under the edges of the frame. My friend and I did this tonight and it was much less work this way, and worked out great. Thanks for the video ITS
@sidewinderairsoft The main office is in Texas but the ITS Crew is spread out all over. Eric is from Pinellas County, hence the PCSO patch in the video.
Just a tip that may help in the future: if you use Hi-Tack spray glue on both sides of your material (cork board and fabric), let it dry, then attach them, you'll be less likely to have the separation of fabric from cork once hung. The down side to that is that once you attach the glue sides, you can't re-position them. Hope that helps!
I think you could have avoided the separation and the indenting if you'd used the glass pane from the frame as a press and just put books or something on top.

How's it holding up over the years?
where is a good place to buy the patches? Does your website sell them?
Thanks for the info!

awesome job
Where did you get the Texas flag in the center and at the top?
Neat idea.
Great Project !! DKG
A buddy of mine told me I could do this with a certain kind of carpet. Does anybody know anything about that?
I've done it with felt, but if you take them off constantly, the felt tends to get messed up, but it's decent though

martha stewart...for men.
Maaaaan... you talk WAAAAAY too much. You could have easily cut that video down to about 3 or 4 minutes had you just stuck to DOING it.
