When baby has a fever of 100 to 102, it is considered low grade fever. You don't have to worry too much as long as she is active and alert. Also, when baby has a fever, don't wrap her up. Have her wear comfortable clothings. Wrapping her up with a thick blanket will cause her body temperature to rise.
I agree with you S. Cadiz. The more you wrap a baby with a blanket when she’s having a temperature, the more she accumulate heat. A comfy clothes is much better. My daughter is a nurse and she advise not to wrap the kids in thick blanket when having a fever. In Mishka’s case, her temperature is just “ sinat “, due to teething. And she’s still her natural happy baby despite the slight fever. Just be calm Ann. You’re doing just fine! ♥️♥️♥️
consider also that they're not using tympanic thermometer, usually the temperature from infrared thermometer is not accurate. so it's better that they are equipped with meds. dont worry, its their baby. the know how to take care of her.

I don't know whether you like it or not. Its upto you to take it. I have a simple advice for you. From your comments, it appears that your BF is a muslim and you are slowly adopting his religion.. No problem that's your choice but I have seen many Indian who play with the emotion of foreign girl something similar to yours just for time pass. I guess you are aware that Indian society(apply to every religion) is a conservative one especially indian muslim. So, you will end up giving your religion and your identity for someone whom you never met. If this relationship is serious then it is well and good, if not then you should know the seriousness of this relationship before moving forward. If your BF introduced you with his family then definitely he is serious about this relationship otherwise you know what i mean.

Some babies get febrile seizures, so don’t wait. It happened to my daughter when she was young. I’m a nurse.
If she has a fever put light clothing .Watch mo ang temperature na to high Baka mag seizure siya . Give her Tylenol ( acetaminophen) don’t put blanket . Pag baby use rectal to check the temp . If 98 usually rectal is higher.
