Saying “it’s only a size 4” when talking about a character throw is wild. Like there are on three characters that are size 5 and none of them really see much play 😂 love your videos tho!!
I almost think Mysterio would be a fun splash for Loki... The Grand Illusion would turn Loki into an absolute menace for a turn, since all crits won't explode, and count as skulls - which then count as successes for Loki instead...
Rng 3 on Grand Illusion is a pretty big area so u better throw him quite far, and Grand Illusion's effects stick around if he's dazed. It only goes away if he's KO'd or at the end of the round it's played.
@@Tony4095 yea but lots of characters can throw him S, S is enough to get him out of range 3. S + 2 > 3 (2 is the range most characters can throw from, some like Lizard get pushes on their builder). A few characters can throw him M. Most lists run character throws. I only know because it happened to me a lot when I ran him and I wasted a TTC and a 3 spot on a character that had to move and attack every activation and his bubble just didn’t bubble. You have to bring Indomitable just to stay relevant and that’s already 2 TTC for a 3 threat.
Agree totally on Lady Sif. Sif is definitely top tier, as your 4 threat pick, valk as your 3 threat, and Angela/Bill fight for the 5 threat spot(they're a touch closer, in my opinion). You didn't mention any splash characters i assume a 2 threat might be worth adding to the list or maybe a good 3 threat? Taskmaster appeals to me as i feel he might have fun under loki and bar Valk might be a better pick for a 2nd 3 threat in an affiliated spot.

Valkyrie can dish out the damage, but she often gets knocked out easily when I use her. Her defense is just 3s, she has no damage reduction, and no defensive tech. Plus, her attacks are both physical, range 2. So, she has no choice but to get close. Kind of a glass cannon. I like her, but I personally would rate her lower.
Personally love hela more than most People do even before her buff, but i also tend to require a grunt character with her. Side note thanks for all your work in TTS! Just started trying some Shatterpoint and I'm enjoying it
Great video Rich! I’m not sure what’s not to like about Lady Sif and I agree with you completely. She’s a one size fits all 4 threat that you could bring to every match, she’s totally self-sufficient like you said. I like this list and I get where you’re at on The Mighty Thor, I don’t think she will see play other than as a leader I also think The Mighty Thor will be the leader we see the most of for Asgard, with Loki being situational.
I think you ranked bill to highly. Bill's biggest issue is his power economy and leaderships that make him pay power just put him further away from his throw. And defensively he will use cybernetics over the leadership. Then there is Angela who never has power issues and will make use of every single reroll she can take.
That is a fair point, but even with having to spend, he is an absolute brick of a unit (hence why you see him everywhere at the moment) - but I completely get where your coming from!

Would it? Anyone can just… throw him away… and then he’s useless and you wasted a TTC. Or even better, they just pay 2 and daze him.

I feel that Meet My Executioner’s buff makes Amora more viable now. Although, she maybe more viable in Mighty Thor.

I think if we ever had an Asgard unit with Grunts, she would go to the top of the list for them!

absolutely not. He is probably an auto include in his affiliations, but you wont see him splashed anywhere near as much

Yeah, that's what was at the back of my mind, too. Bill still has value, but Angela might be very much his equal in loki affiliation.
