I think the bubbles are the exhaled air of other divers who swam under the porous rock I swam above. It was an overhanging rock. No volcanic activity whatsoever.

There is footage from divesites in bohol *and* cebu as well as in panglao, but not in a special order. The sardines for example are from cebu.
