Just back last week. BEAUTIFUL and clean facility. VERY $$$$ food and drinks and be aware, they add automatic %18 gratuity to every tab. Staff was kind and knowledgeable. One heated pool and hot tub was welcoming. Food truck and Beach Bar did not have food, or was closed. Beach umbrellas are pricey at 50 bucks a day and if not in your chair at 330, they take it away. Walkable to any and everything. Absolutely going back, just better aware.
I like staying here because they let your pets swim in the pool our 2 German shepherds magnum and top gun loved the main pool. We even gave them a shampoo in the pool .

The front desk staff was extremely nice. The room was normal motel size the bed sheets had blood stain, we killed a large roach within an hour of unpacking. The pool area was trashed with cups and beer cans. The pool itself was littered with trash and very dirty water. I took my kids to swim in condo pool next door it was that bad. Music played late into the night with people walking around drunk also hanging outside all around our room door area, didn’t feel safe at all. Next day we experience the Gulfarium then decided to drive back home. I would rather lose out on the money than stay at this place another night! It’s a shame because maybe in the past it was a nice place to stay but I would never recommend anyone with children stay here only if you are looking to party and drink and just crash then this is the place for you.

Stayed at this hotel last year. Rooms are clean and comfortable . Hotel restaurant is great. Not able to get in large pool as water was freezing, se o dart pool is very large and clean. Beach access is fantastic. Reception crew was nasty and bad mannered with every guest. Beach chairs and umbrellas for day rentals are right by the water. Had a great time. Boardwalk is just steps away.

Stayed there last year, hotel and rooms are new and very clean!
It’s extremely loud music in all pools and the bar all day till 10 pm, horrible. Not relaxing at all.
