Pregnancy causes hormone changes in the body that directly or indirectly affect hair cycle. During pregnancy,hormones promote hair growth and prevent them from shedding. After childbirth, hormones return to their normal levels. This shift in hormones returning to their normal level causes hair fall and can be alarming to some as lot of hair is falling but it’s completely normal. Take good care of your hair,do your hair care routine as normal and you’ll be good.❤
Note: I’m still a student….not professional yet….I may be wrong……but based on what I studied till…..this is the scientific reason behind Postpartum hair loss.
Do we regain the same hairvoulme again after sometime. Or justthe bald patches are filled... Someladies around me had 3 or 2 babies in their lifetime but never faced hairfall after postpartum.. Why so.... While some ladies faced hairloss... Right now my mom has been giving meat broth for the nutrients... It's a tradition to drink this soup on daily basis after postpartum here in our family.. I guess that will help me... Right my baby is 2 months old
@@dikshasolanki1524 Yes if you take proper care of your health and eat nutritious food, this promotes hair growth. But again it depends person to person as hormonal levels and others conditions can vary because various factors. Continue eating good food and take care of yourself and your baby.❤️

Today's vlog regarding the hair struggle to let it open is totally relatable...Bharti Mam i am totally like you...even i cant keep my hair open for too long....even when going out after few minutes i tie them up...😂😂 ..
Also last year when my baby started talking i too faced severe hair fall....people said when babies start talking or laughing you tend to face hairfall...but when i showed my concern to my gynac she said its just due to hormonal changes and suggested me to try to wash hair with mineral water as due to pollution and chlorine hard water the hair fall tends to be severe...
After how many days did u hairfall stopped.. Is your hair back now... To normal volume that it had before or not
