I’m amazed that you mention the traffic in Bellevue. Yes, there’s traffic, but you didn’t stress upon that when you suggested Seattle.
Bellevue is the last 'normal' city of size in the state. All the negatives are directly related to why people want to live here. Traffic? Yeah, Amazon, et al have major buildings. People want to work and live here to escape the far-left insanity of Seattle. Good schools, family life, public parks without homeless ruining them... crazy that the other cities can't seem to figure it out.
I feel one of the biggest advantages to living in Bellevue is the ease driving North, East, South, or West on the freeways. Whenever there are traffic backups, the driver has more options on how to go around them.
Yes but driving north from Bellevue is a bear. Ever hear of the Kirkland crawl. It's sucks
When they say 58% higher cost of living, when compared to the national average, I think it is a total scam. 200-300% higher than the national average, is more like the reality, once you add in the stupendous housing costs.

Compared to the rest of Washington? (larger cities, at least) Practically, a none issue. They are here, but no tent cities, open drug use, etc. You never see groups of them.
You have a few good points, brother. But let me add more to your viewers to consider if they want to live in Bellevue Washington. You might need to have lots of money. Yeah, lots of it. How bout a few millions in the bank. That would be a good start. You might want to drive a Tesla. Yeah, that's what you'll see most of the times on the roads there. You might want to like mingling with the Indians people, because there's lots of them there and you'll be seeing lots of them wherever you are in Bellevue. You might want to be a snob just like everyone else there who thumb their nose and think they are all upscale. And one more. You might want to face the homeless, just like every city and town that has to deal with those problems right now. Yeah, not even Bellevue can escape from the homeless crisis.
